I’ll be honest – when I first walked up to Sea Apartments on Inasaridze Street, I wasn’t expecting much from what looked like a pretty standard apartment building. But you know what? Sometimes the best places are the ones that don’t try too hard to impress you right off the bat. This three-star spot sits right in the heart of Batumi, and after spending a few nights there, I actually found myself recommending it to other travelers I met around town.

The location is honestly what sold me – you’re close enough to hear the gentle hum of the city without being right on top of the tourist chaos near the boulevard. Inasaridze Street itself is one of those quiet residential areas where you’ll see locals going about their daily routines, which I always find more interesting than being stuck in a hotel bubble. The apartments themselves are clean and functional, nothing fancy but everything works. I mean, the Wi-Fi was solid (always my first test), the air conditioning actually cooled the room down, and the little kitchenette was perfect for those mornings when I wanted to grab some fresh khachapuri from the nearby bakery and eat it with proper coffee instead of rushing to a hotel breakfast buffet.

What I really appreciated was how the staff treated guests – they weren’t overly formal or scripted, just helpful people who knew the area well. The woman at reception gave me directions to this amazing wine bar that wasn’t in any guidebook, and she was spot-on about which marshrutka to take to get to the botanical garden without dealing with tourist taxi prices. The building itself is quiet at night, which honestly surprised me given how central it is. I slept well, and if you know Batumi in summer, you know that’s saying something. Sure, it’s not going to win any design awards, and the elevator is one of those Soviet-era contraptions that makes interesting noises, but there’s something charming about staying somewhere that feels authentic to the place you’re visiting. For the price point, you’re getting a solid base to explore from, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

  Booked last minute as could not find original booking. Fortunately had people with us who spoke Russian and could contact host and arrange to meet us there – arrived near 11pm!!! Host brought us wine and plug adaptors! Central to most facilities.

  والسخانة كانت لا تعمل في البداية بسبب انقطاع الغاز في باتومي بعد السيول
  وبعد عودة الغاز لم تكن السخانة في الدش ثابتة حيث تنقلب المياة من دافئة الى باردة وقت الاستحمام بشكل مزعج

  Niesamowity widok z balkonu! Czysty, ładny apartament. Trochę mały dla 6. osobowej grupy, ale ma krótki wyjazd jest w porządku 😉 bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Zdecydowanie polecamy!

  Очень близко к морю. Рядом есть магазины, банкомат.

  Много магазинов.Квартира на 15 этаже в доме есть 3 лифта.Недалеко от моря.
  
  What could be improved: Квартира не была подготовлена к приему гостей .Было не убрано кондиционер с плесенью на люстрах слой пыли небыло туалетной бумаги мыла полотенца сушились мокрые на балконе на плите работала только одна комфорка, на картинках все красиво а на деле совсем другое. все в затропезном состоянии включая посуду и другие принадлежности.
