I’ll be honest – when I first walked up to Seaview Apartment on Inasaridze Street, I wasn’t expecting much from what looked like just another residential building in Batumi. But you know what? Sometimes the best places are the ones that don’t try too hard to impress you from the outside.

This four-star spot actually delivers on its name – and I mean really delivers. The sea views aren’t just some marketing gimmick where you crane your neck to catch a sliver of blue between buildings. From the higher floors, you’re looking straight out over the Black Sea, and honestly, it’s the kind of view that makes you want to grab your coffee and just sit there for way longer than you planned. The apartment-style setup means you’ve got proper space to spread out, which is refreshing after staying in cramped hotel rooms where you’re practically living out of your suitcase on the floor. There’s a decent kitchenette too – nothing fancy, but functional enough if you want to grab some fresh khachapuri from the local spots and heat it up later.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, even though you’re pretty central to everything. Inasaridze Street isn’t one of those main drags where you’ve got cars honking until 2 AM, but you can still walk to the boulevard and all the seaside action in about ten minutes. The building itself has that solid, no-nonsense feel that a lot of the newer Batumi developments have – clean, well-maintained, but without all the flashy marble lobbies that end up feeling cold. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving (street parking is sort of a free-for-all situation), but most people end up walking everywhere anyway. The check-in was surprisingly smooth – none of that awkward fumbling with keys or trying to figure out which buzzer to press. One thing to keep in mind is that like a lot of places in this part of Batumi, it can get pretty busy during peak summer season, so if you’re looking for total tranquility, maybe aim for late spring or early fall when the crowds thin out but the weather’s still nice. The 8.5 rating makes sense to me – it’s not trying to be some luxury resort experience, but it nails the basics really well and gives you that local apartment feel while still having the services you’d want when you’re traveling.

  He is friendly and flexible. Location is fantastic it is near the mall and beach.it has very nice view. Three bedroom with double beds and this apartment is suitable for 10 people. The beds were very comfortable and there were a lot of dishes and the stove was good and the Landlord was kind so we got to stay there until 17:00 because we had tickets to Tbilisi, and he understood our situation.
  
  What could be improved: There was just one roll of toilet paper so it wasn’t enough for 8 people for 4 nights and the TV didn’t work and the landlord tried to fix it but it still didn’t work but overall it was good.☺️

  The owner is very helpful. Easy and quick to contact him. Flat is perfect for groups. There is a beautiful sea view. 5 min walk to the sea. The place is clean and has everything you need. I recommend this place.
