The four-star rating feels spot-on here, maybe even conservative. I’ve stayed in plenty of so-called luxury places that felt more like fancy hotel rooms, but this place actually lives up to the “apartment” part of its name. The space is generous – I mean genuinely spacious, not that cramped European “luxury” you sometimes get. The kitchen is fully kitted out (I actually cooked breakfast there, which was nice after days of restaurant food), and the living area has these floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the Black Sea perfectly. Actually, the view is probably the apartment’s biggest selling point – you’re looking out over the water and the city’s skyline, and honestly, it never gets old.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays despite being on such a busy street. The windows must be properly soundproofed because you get all the energy of central Batumi without the noise keeping you up at night. The neighborhood is perfect for exploring on foot – you’re literally a few minutes’ walk from the Boulevard (that’s Batumi’s famous seafront promenade), and there are dozens of restaurants and cafes right at your doorstep. I found this little Georgian wine bar just two blocks down that became my evening routine. The apartment building has secure entry, which is reassuring when you’re carrying cameras and laptops around, and the elevator actually works reliably – trust me, that’s not always a given in this part of the world. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, no bureaucratic headaches or language barriers. The place stays busy during summer months when Russian and Turkish tourists flood the city, but even then it maintains this calm, residential feel that makes it feel more like staying in someone’s well-appointed home than a typical tourist accommodation.

Hotel in Batumi booking should be done early, especially during summer season when the city hosts internationally celebrated music festivals and beach events at modern venues.

  The apartment is located on the first line of the local beaches. We saw palm alley through our windows. There is a coast just across the road. Very good location, close to the city center, but a little bit aside in quite place. The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped and included microwave, electrical kettle, and washing machine. The infrastructure was perfect. We found everything around like supermarkets, cafes, banks, ATMs, stores, bakeries, etc. We were very grateful to the owner who was in touch at any time and gave us all necessary information. The internet was fast and very good for work. We parked our car in courtyard, infront of the entrance, where was enough space for cars. We found very good grocery store right near the building. The next street from the building was very long and attractive with local color buildings, stunning architecture, local cuisine.
