The four-star rating feels spot-on – they’ve got their act together without being stuffy about it. What I really appreciated was how the staff seemed to actually know Batumi beyond the typical tourist script. When I asked about good local spots for khachapuri (because honestly, that’s half the reason you come to Georgia), the front desk guy gave me directions to this little place his grandmother recommends – not some tourist trap. The rooms are solid, nothing groundbreaking, but the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are properly modern. I stayed on the fourth floor and could catch glimpses of the Black Sea between the buildings, which was a nice bonus I wasn’t expecting.

Here’s the thing about this place – it sits in that sweet spot where you feel like you’re staying somewhere that gets both business travelers and actual tourists, so there’s this nice energy without being chaotic. The breakfast spread was better than I anticipated, with a good mix of Georgian specialties and international options, though I’ll be honest, the coffee could use some work. Parking was surprisingly hassle-free, which if you’ve ever tried to navigate Batumi’s old town with a rental car, you’ll know is basically a small miracle. The whole area gets pretty lively in the evenings – you’ve got cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the cable car to the Alphabetic Tower is maybe a ten-minute stroll. I actually ended up extending my stay by a night because the vibe was just right, and with their 8.9 rating, I clearly wasn’t the only one who felt that way.

  Perfect location, just meters from a nice beach. Bus stop and supermarket nearby. Room is very clean, equipped with a fridge and kitchenware and it has a balcony with sea view. Air conditioning and wifi work without any issues. Comfortable main bed.
  
  What could be improved: Complicated checkin: the "reception" is on the 5th floor. However you can only select the 5th floor in the lift when you have the card that you get from the reception. So upon your arrival, you need to find someone else having the card who then takes you to the 5th floor. Once you get there, you find yourself in an empty corridor with several doors. Instructions mention that the reception is in the apartment 7; in reality you need to knock on the door number 507 that has no reception sign on it.
  The 3rd sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable; I had to place a quilt under myself to be able to sleep there.

  It was a comfortable and quit clean room.
  
  What could be improved: They hotel is a 30 story scrycraper. Each floor has many rooms. But they did not consider a bathroom in the entrance. There is no lobby to ask your questions. We checked out and I needed to go to the bathroom. I told th staff theat I really needed to go to the bathroom but they did not care.

  The property is very close to the beach. We had a wonderful evening walk (3,5 km) from here to Ali and Nino statue. Also, the hosts were very helpful in trying to figure out our parking situation.
  
  What could be improved: Public parking spaces are very limited. Think twice before you come here by car.

  Las instalaciones en buen estado y funcionan perfectamente. Además su entrada independiente de la recepción da más privacidad. El internet muy rápido.
  Con vista espectacular hacia el Mar Negro.
