The location is actually perfect if you want to experience Batumi without feeling like you’re trapped in a tourist bubble. You’re literally a two-minute walk from the beach – and I mean the good part of the beach, not those crowded sections near the Boulevard where you can barely find a spot to put your towel down. The building itself has this modern apartment vibe that feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a hotel, which I personally love. The rooms are spacious (way more space than you’d get in most European cities for this price), and honestly, the sea views from the upper floors are stunning. I spent way too many mornings just sitting by the window with coffee, watching the cargo ships drift by in the distance.

What really impressed me was how quiet it stays at night, despite being so close to everything. The street noise that you’d expect in central Batumi just doesn’t seem to reach here – maybe it’s the way the building is positioned, or maybe I just got lucky with my room. The staff genuinely seems to care about making your stay comfortable, and they actually know the neighborhood well enough to give you real recommendations, not just the standard tourist traps. One of them told me about this incredible khachapuri place just three blocks away that I never would have found otherwise. The apartments themselves feel lived-in in the best way – full kitchens that actually work (I made breakfast several times), comfortable beds, and those little touches like decent WiFi and proper shower pressure that you don’t always get at this price point. Sure, it’s not luxury – the furniture is a bit basic and you might hear your neighbors occasionally – but there’s something refreshingly authentic about staying here that made my whole Batumi experience feel more real and less packaged.

  Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, nasz przyjazd późno w nocy i późniejsze wykwaterowanie z apartamentu nie stanowiły dla gospodarza żadnego problemu. Pokój czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości.
