What really sold me on the place was stepping into one of their sea view units. The apartments are genuinely spacious – like, you can actually unpack your suitcase and not feel like you’re living out of it for your entire stay. The kitchens are properly equipped too, which is huge if you want to grab some of those incredible Georgian tomatoes and cheese from the local market instead of eating out every single meal. And honestly, the sea views aren’t just some marketing exaggeration – from the higher floors, you get this sweeping look at the Black Sea that’s especially gorgeous during those dramatic Batumi sunsets. The furnishing is modern without being sterile, though I’d say it leans more toward functional than luxurious.

The staff actually knows what they’re doing, which you can’t always count on in this part of the world. Check-in was smooth, they speak decent English, and when I had an issue with the WiFi (because there’s always something, right?), they sorted it out within an hour. Parking is included, which might not sound like a big deal until you’ve spent forty minutes circling Batumi’s old town looking for a spot that won’t cost you half your vacation budget.

Here’s the thing though – this isn’t a resort where everything’s handed to you on a platter. You’re basically getting a really nice apartment with hotel-level service, so if you’re looking for a pool, spa treatments, or a fancy restaurant downstairs, you’ll need to look elsewhere. But if you want space to breathe, a proper base for exploring the region, and that 8.7 rating that actually feels earned rather than inflated, then this place hits the mark. The value proposition is solid too – you’re getting way more space than you’d find in most Batumi hotels for comparable money, and the location gives you easy access to both the tourist stuff and the more authentic Georgian experiences tucked away in the city’s side streets.

  What could be improved: Раковина расположена над стиралкой и ребенку было очень высоко, чтобы самостоятельно мыть руки. Индукционная плита с кастрюлей – на одном режиме(500) не закипает, на следующем(800) греет слишком сильно. Варить кашу очень сложно.

  выбираю Орби потому что примерно знаю чего ожидать, за оптимальное соотношение цена / качество, без проблем заезд и выезд,
  в данном номере на 45 этаже было также все стандартно, но…
  
  What could be improved: но запах из канализации действительно был, нельзя сказать что очень навязчивый, но и не сказать, что незаметный
  в душевой кабине было бы неплохо обратить внимание на темный налет у основания раздвижных дверок
  общий совет всем, кто останавливается в Орби в туристический сезон – будьте готовы ждать лифт, как это бывает в высотных офисных зданиях.. 🙂

  Довольны проживанием, все прошло позитивно и комфортно. Квартира отличная👍мебель, сантехника, посуда все имеется. Хозяин приветливый, быстро заселил. Жилой комплекс, где находится квартира находится в удачном месте. До моря 5 мин, парки, магазины. Ну а приятным бонусом будет-это вид из окна. И море и горы и город, все на одном балконе🫰😉
