You know what really struck me about Sea Home Batumi Apartments when I first walked up to the building on Lech and Maria Kaczynski Street? It’s this perfectly positioned spot that somehow manages to feel both residential and vacation-like at the same time. I mean, you’re literally five minutes from the Boulevard and the beach, but when you’re up in your apartment, it actually feels like you’re living in Batumi rather than just visiting it.

The apartments themselves are honestly impressive for a four-star place – I’ve stayed in plenty of so-called luxury hotels that don’t come close to this level of thoughtfulness. Each unit feels like someone’s carefully curated home rather than a generic hotel room, and the kitchens are actually functional (you can tell because there are proper knives and the stovetop isn’t some sad electric coil situation). The balconies are where this place really shines though – depending on which floor you’re on, you’ll catch glimpses of the Black Sea between the buildings, and honestly, there’s something magical about having your morning coffee out there while the city slowly wakes up below. The soundproofing is surprisingly good too, which matters because Batumi can get lively, especially during summer when the Georgian families come down from Tbilisi for their beach holidays.

What I really appreciate about staying here is how it puts you right in the rhythm of local life. You’ll find yourself walking the same routes as residents heading to work, discovering the little corner shops that aren’t marked on any tourist maps, and – this is key – you’re close enough to both the tourist areas and the authentic neighborhood spots that you can easily bounce between them. The Old Boulevard is literally a ten-minute stroll, but you can also walk fifteen minutes in the other direction and find yourself in parts of Batumi where you’ll hear more Georgian than English or Russian. The building itself is well-maintained (the elevator works consistently, which isn’t always a given in this part of the world), and the staff genuinely seem to care about making sure you’re settled in properly. Sure, it’s not going to give you that full-service hotel experience with room service and a concierge, but honestly? When you’re this close to everything Batumi has to offer, you won’t miss it.

  Очень понравилось! Отличный комплекс с несколькими ресторанами, есть спа и бассейны. Номер уютный , чистый, в номере всë есть для отдыха Вид с балкона шикарный и на горы и на море и парк. Обязательно ещё приедем 🤝
