  Location. The room looked rather well.
  
  What could be improved: The host's attitude towards the issues we raised was disappointing. First, she denied they existed. Then, after we sent her a video of a not-working shower knob, she texted "Sorry, people are not paying attention" – a bizarre choice of words, since I have paid attention. What's more important though is that no attempts were made to rectify the problem. The same applied to other issues: a handle of the bathroom door that tended to stay in your hand whenever your turn it; wet towels on check-in; and an unbearable flavour of sewage that started coming from bathroom on the second say of our stay. The host simply ignored those issues, as though she didn't see my messages related to them

  This apartment is located in an iconic building right in front of the sea. We had a slight issue upon arrival, as the owner, due to unforeseen circumstances, had not informed the front desk about our arrival. Fortunately, the problem was quickly resolved thanks to the kind help of the building manager, Temo. Many thanks to you, Temo — you truly made our vacation pleasant! Otherwise, we would have been left outside with our heavy luggage.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment itself is nice and well-equipped. The split air conditioning system worked perfectly, and the washing machine with a drying function was very convenient .
  However, cleanliness was not up to standard. We stayed 4 nights, and the apartment became noticeably dirtier over time. Unfortunately, there’s no room service in the building, so regular cleaning was missing .
  One notable inconvenience was that we were only given 1 key card, which is required both for the elevator and for electricity inside the apartment. This meant we had to leave and return together every time. Providing a 2nd key card would definitely improve the experience.
  The owner is a very kind and friendly person, with great communication throughout our stay. Many thanks!

  В номере чисто, удобная кровать, неплохой вид, в наличии фен, отпариватель и базовый набор посуды.
  
  What could be improved: В день прибытия на ресепшне здания нам сказали, что наш номер у частного лица, и нам нужно сначала связаться с владельцем. Яна сообщения и звонки по указанному номеру владелец не отвечал, ответил лишь спустя 4 часа от времени заселения. Мы забронировали уже другое место, собрались ехать туда, и после этого владелец ответил, что свяжется с ресепшном и передаст, чтоб нам выдали ключ. Почему нельзя было сразу же так сделать – остаётся загадкой. Ну или по крайней мере быть на связи в день заселения. Итого впечатление было достаточно неприятное, будто про нас забыли.
  Касательно номера – в наличии чайник и кофемашина, при этом ни чая, ни капсул, ни воды, стоят для красоты. Если вдруг решите принять ванну – воды в бойлере не хватит на душ.
