But sometimes being a bit off the beaten path works in your favor, and this turned out to be one of those pleasant surprises that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something the guidebooks missed.

The building itself is this modern tower that actually lives up to its name – you’re high enough to catch glimpses of the Black Sea between the other developments, which is pretty nice when you’re sipping your morning coffee. What really got me was how quiet it stays despite being in the city. I stayed in apartment 2309 (hence the name, I’m guessing), and the soundproofing was surprisingly good. You get that urban energy when you want it, but you can actually sleep at night without hearing every car that passes by. The apartment setup is practical too – there’s a proper kitchen if you want to hit the local markets and cook something up, which I’d definitely recommend since the produce in Batumi is incredible.

Here’s what I really appreciated: the staff seemed to genuinely care about getting things right, not just going through the motions. When my key card acted up on the second day, they didn’t just reprogram it – they actually walked up with me to make sure everything worked properly. Small gesture, but it matters when you’re dragging yourself back after a long day exploring the botanical gardens or wandering around the old town. The location turned out to be pretty smart actually – you’re close enough to walk to the main attractions without paying those inflated prices you get right on the waterfront. Plus, there’s this little bakery about two blocks down that locals actually go to, and trust me, their khachapuri is worth the short walk alone. The neighborhood feels authentically Georgian rather than tourist-focused, which gave me a better sense of what daily life is like here. I’d honestly stay here again, especially considering you’re getting solid value without sacrificing comfort or that personal touch that makes a trip memorable.

Hotel in Batumi booking should be done early, especially during summer season when the city hosts internationally celebrated music festivals and beach events at modern venues.

  Просторий 2-кімнатний номер, 2 кондиціонери, 2 балкони з неймовірним видом на море. Чисті, охайні меблі, рушники, гелі шампуні, все що треба для комфорту. Поруч багато маленьких магазинів та супермаркети, торговий центр.

  Отличные апартаменты на 23 этаже, есть всё необходимое для проживания (даже фумигаторы и пластины от комаров, не предполагали, что они будут на 23 этаже))). Очень кстати был порошок для стиральной машины, мелочь, а приятно. Квартира чистая и уютная, в каждой комнате кондиционер, ТВ, постельное белье и полотенца хорошего качества. Есть полотенца для пляжа. В квартире очень много зеркал, что для девушек будет актуально. Есть большие настенные часы (это моя боль, когда нет часов в большинстве отелей). Однозначно рекомендую данный вариант!
  
  What could be improved: Если страдаете акрофобией – выбирайте жильё пониже (моя сестра боялась выходить на балконы). Прямо перед домом проходит оживленная дорога, а через неё кафе и рестораны на пляже. 2 ночи с пятницы по воскресенье нам не давала спать до утра рейв-дискотека в Сенате.
