What really struck me was how genuinely clean everything felt, not that sterile hotel clean but more like staying at a meticulous friend’s place. Location-wise, you’re positioned perfectly for that sweet spot between accessibility and local flavor. Akademikos Komakhidze Street puts you close enough to the main action – the boulevard and beach are totally walkable – but far enough that you’re not dealing with the constant stream of tourists and street performers that can get exhausting after a while. There’s a small grocery store maybe two blocks away that stays open later than you’d expect, and I discovered this little bakery nearby that does these amazing khachapuri variations early in the morning. Parking isn’t the nightmare it is closer to the seaside, which honestly made exploring beyond Batumi much more appealing. The whole experience just felt more authentic somehow, like I was getting a glimpse of how people actually live here rather than just passing through the tourist highlights. For what you pay, especially considering that 9.7 rating reflects real guest experiences, it’s one of those finds that makes you feel a bit smug about your travel planning skills.

  Комфортный номер для семьи: родители в отдельной спальне, ребёнок – отдельно.
  Прекрасная терраса на втором этаже. Во дворе можно пожарить шашлыки.
  Во даоре живут кошка и черепаха – милота.
  У хозяев замечательное натуральное домашнее вино.
  Мило, как будто ты здесь всех знаещь и все родные.

  Просто изумительная хозяйка- принцесса Диана:)! Очень гостеприимно, очень чисто. Есть абсолютно все, что нужно для жизни, все в рабочем состоянии. Встретили нас на жд вокзале, привезли , угостили вином и накормили. Только наилучшие отзывы!! Спасибо огромное за все!!❤️

  Отличные двухкомнатные апартаменты, всё очень удобно, есть всё необходимое.
  Удобное расположение, всё в пешей доступности, но, несмотря на близость к центру, очень тихо.

  Пунктуальные, ответственные, гостериимные хозяева. Нас встретил Сулико (сын хозяйки Дианы) в аэропорту и по приезду домой Диана накрыла шикарный стол с грузинской кухней и сладостями. Отдельно подчеркну вино, которое хозяева делают сами. Без химии, консервантов и красителей, очень вкусное! Милый парень Сулико отвёз Нас на экскурсию в горы, к водопаду, в винный дом, где мы дегустировали вина из местного винограда. Было очень красиво и интересно! Кроме того, Сулико отвёз нас к очень хорошему ресторану с адекватными ценами и с национальной кухней, которая выше всяких похвал!
  В доме всё есть! Чисто, уютно, по-родственному, вы почувствуете себя в гостях у близких людей! Утром нас поили кофе, кормили завтраком и много рассказывали о стране, истории и традициях.
  Тут с любой просьбой к вам пойдут на встречу! Чудесный дом, чудесные люди!
  В конце Сулико отвёз нас в аэропорт и мы благополучно вернулись в Израиль в хорошем настроениии!

  Оказывается я впервые пишу отзыв на этом сайте))) но тут от восторга просто невозможно удержаться! Впервые попала в такие душевные и теплые условия 😍 меня и моих детей встретили из аэропорта, приютили, накормили вкуснейшим ужином! Сложилось впечатление,что мы приехали в гости к своим дальним родственникам) никаких проблем на время проживания не возникло, всё было шикарно! Дай бог вашей семье здоровья🙏 если приедем в Батуми,то только к вам! И всем будем советовать!!!)))) спасибо вам за всё!!!!!!!!

  Очень удобное расположение и к морю и к городским достопримечательностям. Невероятно отзывчивые хозяева, мы приехали ночью, но нас встретитили и накормили неверотно вкусной едой. Также провели экскурсию по горной Аджарии. Мы познакомились с настоящим грузинским гостеприимством.

  Очень добрые и тёплые хозяева! Встретили вечером, угостили ужином, фруктами и домашним вином. Мы ощутили настоящее гостеприимство. Только положительные впечатления) Хочется вернуться именно сюда!
  Это гостевой дом на несколько этажей, но с отдельными апартаментами. В апартаментах две комнаты, отдельный санузел и своя кухня, что очень удобно.
  Расположение дома тоже удобное. Во первых, до исторического центра и береговой линии ~20мин. пешком. Во вторых, перед домом много бесплатного места, чтобы поставить машину. Учтите, что в центре все парковки платные и мест скорее всего не будет, особенно в сезон.

  The apartment was very clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed and everything, and even more, you need. The location is ideal to wherever and in a quiet location. The Wi-Fi is excellent. The hosts welcomed me warmly and treated me as one of them. They offered me goodies and local wine. They do their utmost to make the visitor feel comfortable.

The apartment itself was not only comfortable but also meticulously maintained and clean. Its proximity to local attractions and amenities added to the overall convenience of my stay. They even treated us to some delightful homemade wine and introduced us to delicious local cuisine. The engaging conversations we had made the experience even more enriching.
