  Есть ванная:). Удобно до моря добираться. Хорошая обстановка в квартире, стиральная машина. На телевизоре подключен YouTube. Хорошая звукоизоляция и было тихо ночью. Стоит обратить внимание, что хозяин квартиры живёт в Кобулети, поэтому нам нужно было точно знать когда мы приезжаем. Рядом много магазинов.
  
  What could be improved: Подруга не может без шторки в ванной, но мне было нормально. И хорошо, что в квартире есть швабра :).

  What could be improved: Hadi bina Sovyetlerden kalmış onu anladık. Peki havlusu, çarşafı da mı O devirden kaldı? Bu kadar eski, kirli şeyler görmedim ben. Banyo çok temiz değildi. En üst kat ama asansör arıza verebiliyor bazen. Özetle skoruna aldanmayın.

  Отличное жилье по соотношению цена-качество, абсолютно стоит своих денег. Неплохое расположение, до моря реально дойти пешком минут за 5-7. София и ее муж всегда были на связи, помогали по всем вопросам и заботились о комфорте пребывания в квартире.
  
  Внутри все было чисто, все необходимые предметы приготовления еды были на месте, было свежее белье и комфортные матрасы.
  
  С витража виден город и море,очень красиво смотрится особенно на закате.
  
  Как вариант для проживания во время отпуска однозначно рекомендую!

  Прекрасное расположение, можно пешком дойти до пляжа за 10 минут, близко основные достопримечательности, магазины, кафе. Панорамные окна, есть всё необходимое для жизни, в том числе стиральная машинка и утюг, удобные кровати
  
  What could be improved: Неприятный запах в санузле, который впрочем можно устранить, вылив в слив 200-300 мл воды (этому меня научили не хозяева).

  Прекрасная квартира студия! Большие окна, видно море в трех направлениях. У дома хорошее расположение. Море близко, дорога занимает 5-8 минут, до старого города недалеко. На противоположной стороне улицы есть магазин, работающий круглосуточно, и вокруг много разных магазинов . Хочу отметить чистоту в квартире, удобные кровати с хорошими новыми матрацами, TV, WI-FI.
  У меня было позднее заселение, София организовала нам моментальный заезд в поздний час.Спасибо большое за гостеприимство,вино и общение . Советую эту квартиру для проживания!

  Чисто, аккуратно, близко к набережной, рядом много магазинов. Есть много нужного для комфортного проживания
  
  What could be improved: Отношения хозяев было отвратительно. В день заезда нам постоянно звонили и спрашивали, через сколько мы будем и тд, хотя мы ясно указали время приезда. Далее хозяин просил отменить бронирование на букинге. Мы отказались, но в итоге, изменили даты. Как я понимаю, это сделано для того чтобы не платить комиссию букинга. Это было неприятно. Помимо этого хозяева приходили за оплатой когда им было удобно и не предупреждали нас об этом (мы оба работали и были на созвонах, а нам звонили по место раз)
