I’ll be honest – when I first walked into Royal Seaside Apartment on Rustaveli Avenue, I wasn’t expecting much from what looked like just another apartment building from the street. But man, was I wrong. This four-star place completely changed my perspective on what a stay in Batumi could be like, and I mean that in the best possible way.

The location is actually brilliant once you figure out the neighborhood. You’re right on Rustaveli, which means you can walk to the Boulevard and the beach in maybe ten minutes – but here’s the thing most people don’t realize: you’re far enough from the main tourist chaos that you can actually sleep at night. I stayed there during peak summer season, and while the beachfront hotels were dealing with constant noise from the bars and cafes, we had this perfect sweet spot of accessibility without the madness. The building itself is modern but not flashy – they’ve got a decent elevator (thank god, because I was on the 8th floor) and the hallways are clean and well-lit, which honestly matters more than you’d think when you’re coming back late from exploring the Old Town.

What really got me was the attention to detail in the apartment itself. The kitchen was fully equipped – I’m talking proper cookware, not the usual tourist apartment nonsense where you get one bent fork and a broken can opener. The bathroom had this rainfall shower that actually had good water pressure, and the bedroom had blackout curtains that made afternoon naps a real possibility. But you know what impressed me most? The little balcony overlooking the avenue. Nothing fancy, just enough space for morning coffee and people-watching, but there’s something about starting your day watching Batumi wake up that made the whole trip feel more authentic. The Wi-Fi was solid too – I worked a few mornings from there without any issues, which is more than I can say for some places I’ve stayed.

The building’s got this quiet efficiency about it – check-in was smooth, the staff speaks enough English to be helpful, and they actually know the neighborhood well enough to give decent restaurant recommendations. They steered me toward this little khachapuri place around the corner that I never would’ve found otherwise, and honestly, that alone made my stay worthwhile. Parking can be a bit tricky on Rustaveli itself, but there’s usually something within a block or two if you’re patient. Overall, it’s one of those places that just works – nothing revolutionary, but everything done right in a way that makes you want to come back to Batumi just to stay there again.

  Все в шаговой доступности, парк 6 мая, набережная для прогулок, Батуми мол, стадион Батуми, поблизости хороший грузинский ресторан Sazandari. В общем все супер👍
