The location is what really grabbed me first, though. You’re right in the heart of everything, and I mean everything that matters in this seaside Georgian city.

The room itself feels more like staying at a well-appointed friend’s place than a standard hotel. There’s a proper kitchen setup, which is brilliant if you want to grab some fresh produce from the local markets — and trust me, Georgian tomatoes and herbs are something else entirely. The four-star rating feels spot-on; it’s comfortable and well-maintained without being overly fancy. What I appreciated most was how thoughtfully everything was arranged, from the lighting to the way the space flows between the living and sleeping areas.

Here’s where this place really shines — the location scored a 9.4 from recent guests, and I totally get why. You’re walking distance from Batumi Boulevard, which is the city’s main promenade along the Black Sea, but you’re also close enough to the old town that you can easily explore the more authentic Georgian side of things. The building sits in a neighborhood where locals actually live, so you get this nice balance of tourist accessibility and real city life. I found myself just wandering the nearby streets in the evenings, discovering little wine bars and family-run restaurants that most visitors never stumble upon.

Practical Perks

The parking situation is actually manageable here, which — if you’ve driven in Batumi — you’ll know is no small thing. The building has decent access, and the fifth-floor location means you get some nice views without feeling completely removed from street level. The restaurant scene right around the corner is fantastic; there’s this little Georgian place that does the most incredible khachapuri, and the owners started recognizing me after just a couple of days. You know what really impressed me though? The way the staff handled everything remotely but still made sure I had everything I needed.

The perfect 10 rating speaks to how well this place delivers on its promises. The combination of that prime location, the apartment-style setup, and being surrounded by authentic neighborhood life creates this perfect sweet spot for travelers who want to experience the city rather than just pass through it.

  Отдыхали семьей, 3 человека с 27.06 по 09.10.2024.
  По приезду нас встретил Резо на жд вокзале (ехали из Тбилиси) и довезли до дома, проплатили карточку для лифта и провели до апартаментов. Стоимость трансфера была практически сопоставима со стоимостью такси, но бонусом к этому шла бесплатная индивидуальная экскурсия по близлежащим достопримечательностям (выбрали день и, предварительно договорившись, отправились на водопад, мост царицы Тамар и слияние 2х рек), информативно и познавательно, лишь начавшийся резко дождь немного ускорил нашу экскурсию.
  По самим апартаментам:
  – отличное расположение, до моря 5 минут пешком, вид из окна спальни и с балкона на море и на закат, практически середина набережной;
  – 5 этаж, несколько лифтов, очень быстрые, не разу не ждали;
  – на 1 этаже по периметру продуктовый магазин, ресторан и кафе (посещали правда только магазин);
  – внутри есть всё для комфортного проживания: плита, свч, стиральная машина, утюг, гладилка, сушилка, кондиционер, фен, холодильник, телевизор с интернетом, отличный WiFi (это было важно);
  Если чего-то не хватает – сообщаем об этом Резо, он решает вопрос, без проблем.
  И очень недорого по сравнению с другими вариантами, правда мы бронировали еще в апреле.
  При возвращении в Батуми будем снова бронировать эти апартаменты)
