Here’s what I love about staying here — you’re literally in the heart of everything, but somehow it doesn’t feel chaotic. Europe Square is this lovely pedestrian area where locals actually hang out (not just tourists), and you’ve got cafes spilling onto the sidewalks in every direction. The Old Town is maybe a three-minute walk, and if you want to hit the beach, well, that’s barely five minutes on foot. I mean, you can see the Black Sea from some parts of the square. This central positioning makes it an ideal base for exploring the city’s best attractions.

The Apartment Experience

The apartment I stayed in was surprisingly spacious — these aren’t your typical cramped hotel rooms. You get a proper living area, and the kitchen actually has everything you need if you want to grab some fresh produce from the local market and cook something up. The room setup works really well for couples (which explains why so many pairs end up here), but honestly, I think solo travelers or small groups would be just as comfortable. Each unit is thoughtfully designed with modern amenities and comfortable furnishings.

Neighborhood Vibes

What you notice after a day or two is how this area comes alive at different times. Mornings are quiet and perfect for coffee on the square, afternoons get buzzy with people meeting up, and evenings — well, that’s when the whole neighborhood transforms into this relaxed social scene. There’s a restaurant practically every few steps, ranging from traditional Georgian spots to more international options. You don’t need to venture far for a good meal, but you’re also perfectly positioned to explore the rest of Batumi when the mood strikes.

The thing about Flats at Era Square is that it gets the balance right between being in the thick of things and giving you space to breathe. Parking can be a bit tricky in this part of town (it’s pedestrian-heavy), but most guests either walk everywhere or use taxis for longer trips anyway. The staff seems to understand that travelers want recommendations, not just directions — they’ll point you toward the good khachapuri place that locals frequent, not the touristy one. It’s that kind of attention to what actually matters that keeps people coming back and makes this property stand out.

  Великолепное расположение – самый центр города. Всё очень рядом, доступно. Заходить во внутренний двор нужно со стороны площади, такси по адресу завозит с другой стороны. Обстановка простая, но не ушатаная. Хозяин гостеприимный, на связи.

  Расположите лучше не придумать. Самый центр, площадь Европы. Все в шаговой доступности. Очень гостеприимный и внимательный персонал. В апартаментах есть все необходимое.

  Отличное расположение в самом центре рядом с площадью Европы, просторный номер, практически полноценная евродвушка, классная терраса, даже две, все очень близко и удобно.
  
  What could be improved: Если поздно вечером уходите гулять, надо предупреждать хозяев, чтобы не закрыли общую дверь, иначе будет сложно попасть домой.
