The location on Rustaveli Avenue is pretty much perfect, I mean, you’re right in the heart of everything without being stuck in the chaos of the old town. You can walk to the Boulevard in about five minutes, and honestly, having those sea breezes hit you when you step outside never gets old. What I really appreciated was how the apartment itself felt like someone actually lives there – not that sterile hotel room vibe you get sometimes. The kitchen was properly equipped (I made coffee every morning and even attempted some Georgian-style eggs), and the bathroom had that rainfall shower head that actually works, unlike so many places where it’s just for show.

Here’s the thing though – the building itself is pretty impressive. The lobby feels fancy without being intimidating, and the elevator situation I was worried about? Actually fine, even during busy times. The apartment gets incredible natural light during the day, and at night, well, you’ve got the city lights spread out below you like something from a movie. I stayed there in late September, so it wasn’t peak tourist season, but I could tell this place would be amazing even when Batumi gets packed in summer. The only minor thing – and this is really minor – is that you can hear some street noise from Rustaveli Avenue, but it’s more of a gentle urban hum than anything disruptive. Plus, once you close the windows and turn on the AC, it’s perfectly quiet. The 9.7 rating makes complete sense to me because everything just works the way it should, and in a place like Batumi where you’re dealing with everything from Soviet-era infrastructure to brand new developments, that’s not always a given.

  Bessarion is a kind, responsive and communicative person. The apartment is located in a high-rise building with a very good location. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay, and from the bedroom window and balcony there is an impressive and beautiful view of the sea, mountains, promenade and attractions in the immediate vicinity. I will reveal that one of the elevators can be used to go up to the 42nd floor of the building, from which the corridor offers an impressive panoramic view of the sea and the city.

  You can't have better location than this in whole Batumi. one of the best location view was fantastic. One bedroom appartment is infornt of Alphabet tower with high speed internet, comfy sofa and bed. Bessarion explained everything clearly and the check out was easy.
