When I asked about getting to the cable car station, the front desk guy didn’t just point me toward a taxi – he actually explained the marshrutka routes and mentioned that early morning is the best time to avoid crowds at the Botanical Garden. The breakfast spread was impressive too, mixing Georgian specialties with the usual international options, though I’ll be honest, the Georgian dishes were far better than the standard hotel fare. The pool area gets pretty busy during summer afternoons (this is the Black Sea coast, after all), but early evening is perfect for a swim when the sun’s starting to set over the water. If you’re planning a trip to Batumi and want something that feels both polished and authentically connected to the city, this place really delivers – just don’t expect it to be the cheapest option around, but the quality definitely justifies the price point.

  Great location if you looking for a spot right on amazing beach. This apartment is part of a hotel and note we had to go through the italian restaurant below to get up to our reservation . When we first arrived we were greeted by a front desk receptionist who gave us a proper guided tour. Parking on site is $10 a day in and out privileges. (You have to pay for parking everywhere in batumi) you can park on the streets and walk but good luck in this area! Room was small but got the job done. Area super comfortable and it was a simple 5 min walk to get to beach.

  This hotel was amazing very clean and we love the view!!!! I really appreciate the Host so much my nephew left his iPad in the room and we were leaving the next day and the Host was able to ship it to us!!! Omg real MVP!!!! Definitely recommend staying here!!! Thank you again 🙌🏽🙏🙏

  We absolutely loved this Hotel . Reception staff was communicative, and answered questions promptly!! Check-in was a breeze!! Giorgi met with us right away, explained everything, and we checked into our room ASAP!! Room was absolutely gorgeous!! It was huge!! 1 huge bedrooms, a large kitchen, and a large bathroom.. balcony was also beautiful with sea view , and had the best views of batumi bulvari!! we absolutely loved it here, and highly recommend it!! we can’t wait to come back!! Greet stay!!
