I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name Panoramic Sea and City View Aparthotel In Orbi City Batumi, I thought it was one of those places that promises everything and delivers nothing. You know how these long names can be. But actually walking into this five-star place on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street completely changed my mind. The views aren’t just good – they’re genuinely spectacular, and I mean that in the most literal sense possible.

What really struck me about this aparthotel is how it manages to feel both luxurious and lived-in at the same time. The apartments are spacious enough that you’re not tripping over your suitcase every five minutes, and honestly, the kitchenettes are better equipped than most rental places I’ve stayed in. I actually cooked a proper meal there, which says something. The panoramic windows – and I’m talking floor-to-ceiling here – give you this sweeping view of both the Black Sea and Batumi’s skyline that changes throughout the day. Morning light hitting the water is something else, and the city lights at night create this almost cinematic backdrop that had me staying up way too late just watching.

The location in Orbi City is pretty smart, actually. You’re close enough to the action on the Boulevard and near all those dancing fountains and the alphabet tower, but far enough up that you’re not dealing with the constant street noise that can drive you crazy in the main tourist areas. I mean, you’ll still hear some city sounds – it’s Batumi, not a monastery – but nothing that kept me awake. The building itself feels solid and well-maintained, which isn’t always a given in this part of the world. Parking was straightforward, check-in was efficient without being robotic, and the staff seemed to actually know the area well enough to give decent recommendations. I especially appreciated that they didn’t just hand me a generic tourist map and call it a day – they marked specific spots that were actually worth visiting. The whole experience felt more like staying in a really nice apartment that happens to have hotel services rather than a sterile hotel room with a tiny kitchenette stuck in the corner.

  Great location with beautiful views! The beach is just a short 5-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, making it easy to enjoy everything without needing to travel far.
  
  What could be improved: The building is far too crowded. During peak hours, getting into the elevator is nearly impossible — I’ve often had to wait 10–15 minutes just to catch one. On top of that, the noise from the boulevard is a constant issue. Even with the balcony door shut, the music blares into the room at night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, not ideal if you’re looking for peace and convenience.

  The apartment is right by the Black Sea, so you can see beautiful sunsets from the balcony. It's clean, on a high floor, priced affordably, and has everything you need for a long stay.

  The room was very good (but the quality was delivered by Orbi City, not the Apart Hotel).
  
  What could be improved: The rooms are exactly in the Orbi City hotel. The apart hotel was only the name and one room with the office and one girl that wasn't helpful and didn't even want to talk. The whole organisation and the staff of Apart Hotel was very poor. We have problems with finding the place, then we waited in one line at the first reception, then 2nd line to 2nd reception, then 3rd line to the office, then 4rd line back to the first reception. I don't recommend it.

  Hotel location is city center. The apartment is great, clean, bright! Very cozy, feels like home. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beautiful sea views
