You know what caught me off guard about Villa Elysium Park & SPA? I mean, I’d heard good things, but honestly nothing prepared me for just how well this place gets the whole luxury thing right. It’s tucked away on Kavtaradze Street – which, if you know Batumi at all, puts you in this perfect sweet spot where you’re close enough to hear the Black Sea but far enough from the main boulevard that you actually get some peace at night.

The moment you walk in, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually thought about every single detail. I’m talking about the kind of five-star experience where the staff remembers your coffee preference by day two, and the spa – well, let’s just say I may have spent more time there than exploring the city, which is saying something. The treatment rooms have this incredible view that sort of makes you forget you’re indoors, and honestly, after a few days of Georgian wine and khachapuri, you’ll appreciate having somewhere to properly unwind. The pool area is another story entirely – it’s got this sophisticated vibe that somehow doesn’t feel pretentious, which is harder to pull off than you’d think.

What really struck me though was how they’ve managed to balance that polished, upscale feel with genuine Georgian hospitality. The concierge team actually knows the city inside and out (not just the tourist spots), and they’ll point you toward places like the small family restaurant two blocks down that serves the best adjarian khachapuri I’ve had anywhere. The rooms themselves are spacious in a way that European hotels often aren’t – I actually had room to fully open my suitcase, imagine that – and the bedding situation is just ridiculous in the best possible way. Fair warning though: if you’re someone who needs complete darkness to sleep, bring an eye mask because those big windows that give you amazing morning light will also wake you up pretty early. The 9.9 rating makes complete sense once you’ve been there a few days; it’s one of those places where the little things add up to something pretty special, and you find yourself already planning your next visit before you’ve even checked out.

  That’s a brilliant villa / hotel! Pretty new , clean and big. The location is good too. Not far from the city center, but quiet and more fresh air. It has a nice sea view, golf court , hamam and spa, billiards. Room was giant , with jakuzili and big terrace. We enjoyed a lot. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. They organized a round trip transfer for us in a comfortable car. Thanks a lot !

  We had a great time. I liked that they are very quiet, have everything you need (swimming pool, restaurant, and beautiful views from the window. We often went to their restaurant, I played tennis. I recommend it to everyone.

  I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Large spacious rooms with a beautiful view. There is a swimming pool, you can go to the spa or a restaurant. I wasn't bored. I recommend them to everyone.

  I had a premium vacation. Beautiful room with a designer interior and sea view. In the evening, I relaxed at the SPA with a pleasant massage, but I especially liked the kitchen with dishes that I have not tried anywhere else.
