Sherif Khimshiashvili is one of those streets that feels residential enough to get decent sleep but close enough to everything that you can walk to the beach in about ten minutes.

What really got me was the sea view situation – and I mean, it’s right there in the name, so it better deliver, right? Well, it does. The apartments have these floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the Black Sea perfectly, especially if you snag one of the higher floors. I spent way too many mornings just standing there with my coffee, watching the fishing boats head out while the city slowly woke up below. The rooms themselves feel more like actual apartments than hotel boxes – proper kitchenettes with real appliances, separate living areas, and honestly, enough space that you don’t feel like you’re living on top of each other if you’re traveling with family or friends. The design’s modern without being cold, which is tricky to pull off.

Here’s what I really appreciated though – the building’s got this quiet confidence about it. No flashy lobby trying too hard to impress, just solid service and attention to detail. The staff actually knows the neighborhood, which is rare these days. They pointed me toward this little khachapuri place two blocks over that I never would’ve found otherwise. Parking‘s not a nightmare either, which anyone who’s driven in Batumi will tell you is worth its weight in gold. The only minor thing – and I’m being picky here – is that the elevators can get a bit crowded during peak check-in times, but that’s more of a testament to how popular the place is. You’re also close enough to the cable car and the botanical garden that you can easily escape the city buzz when you need to. I mean, for the price point and that 8.9 rating it’s pulling, this place makes a lot of sense if you want something that feels like home but with all the perks of proper hotel service.

  We really liked the aparthotel. The location is ideal – close to the sea and the supermarket, which is very convenient. The room was clean, cozy and well-appointed, the bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and attentive, answering all our questions quickly and with a smile.
  
  The only small minus was the Wi-Fi, which sometimes worked poorly, but this was not a big problem.

  The aparthotel is ideally located just a few steps from the beach, and drinking your morning coffee on the terrace is a real joy, as the sound of the sea and the view are incredibly relaxing.
  
  The room was bright, clean and well-equipped everything was thought of: clean linen, hot water, all the necessary kitchen items. The Wi-Fi worked stably, which was important to me. The staff was friendly and ready to help at any time, including with recommendations on where to try local dishes.

  Overall, a great place for a quiet holiday, for lovers of seaside atmosphere and tranquility. I will definitely come back, especially in early summer, when the beach is still less crowded.

  The few days spent in the aparthotel were really pleasant. The hotel is ideal close to the center and in a quiet environment. The room was clean, well-equipped with everything you need. The Wi-Fi was fast and the air conditioning worked well. The staff was attentive and friendly they helped us with every question. One small minus was that it was not included in the price, although there is a cafe very close by. We will all return first and foremost and to everyone who is looking for a comfortable and cozy environment.

  We were very happy with our stay at this aparthotel! The room was clean, bright and cozy. The bed was very comfortable perfect for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was very helpful as we were traveling with family and wanted to have home cooked meals sometimes.
  
  The location is also great, close to the city center, but on a fairly quiet street. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful they showed us nearby restaurants and booked us a taxi to the airport. The wifi worked well, which was a big plus for me as a remote worker.
