What really impressed me was the attention to detail in the furnishings; everything felt intentional rather than just thrown together like some apartment hotels do.

Here’s the thing though – and this is coming from someone who’s stayed all over Batumi – the real selling point isn’t just the modern amenities. It’s that you get legitimate apartment living with hotel services, which means you can grab fresh khachapuri from the local bakeries (there’s one about two blocks down that opens ridiculously early) and actually have a proper place to enjoy breakfast. The towers also give you these great views depending on which side you’re on; some units look toward the sea, others toward the city’s interesting mix of old Soviet architecture and new glass buildings. I found the whole setup refreshingly honest – it delivers exactly what it promises without trying to oversell itself. The 9.1 rating makes total sense when you consider you’re getting apartment-style space and freedom at a price point that won’t destroy your travel budget, especially if you’re planning to stay more than a couple nights in the city.
