The rooms are surprisingly spacious (I’m talking actual room to spread out your stuff, not just squeeze around the bed), and the kitchenette setup is legit useful if you’re staying more than a couple nights. I actually ended up cooking breakfast a few times because there’s a decent little market just down the street where you can grab fresh bread and local cheese. The Wi-Fi works well – I was able to video call home without any issues, which is always my test for whether a place has its tech sorted out. One small thing that bugged me initially was the elevator can be a bit slow during busy times, but honestly, you get used to it, and the staff is pretty good about keeping things moving.

What really sold me on this place, though, was the location without being right in the tourist chaos. You’re close enough to walk to the Boulevard and all the main Batumi attractions – maybe 10-15 minutes depending on your pace – but you’re not dealing with the noise and crowds right outside your window. The neighborhood has this nice local feel where you’ll see actual Georgian families going about their day, kids playing in the courtyard areas, that sort of thing. Plus, there’s a pharmacy and a couple small cafes within a block if you need anything. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too – no weird hidden fees or confusing explanations, just friendly service from people who actually seem to know the area well. They gave me some solid recommendations for restaurants that weren’t the obvious tourist traps, which I always appreciate. If you’re looking for something that feels more like staying in a nice apartment than a typical hotel room, and you don’t need all the fancy lobby amenities, this place delivers on comfort and practicality in a way that makes sense for the price point.
