I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Orbi City Panoramic View, I wasn’t sure what to expect from the name alone. But after spending a few nights there last spring, I get it now. This four-star place sits up on Shota Rustaveli Avenue area (well, technically on Khimshiashvili Street, but you know what I mean), and the views over Batumi are actually pretty spectacular. You can see straight out to the Black Sea on one side and the whole sprawl of the city on the other – especially gorgeous around sunset when all those LED-lit buildings start twinkling.

The thing about this hotel is it feels like someone put real thought into the details. The lobby’s got this modern vibe without being cold, and honestly, the staff seem genuinely happy to help rather than just going through the motions. My room was on the 12th floor, and I mean, waking up to that sea view every morning? Worth it. The rooms themselves are clean and well-appointed – good shower pressure (always a concern when you’re traveling), comfortable beds, and they’ve got those blackout curtains that actually work. The air conditioning was quiet too, which matters more than people realize until they’re stuck with a rattling unit all night.

Location-wise, you’re about a ten-minute walk from the main Boulevard area where all the action happens, but far enough up the hill that you don’t get the street noise. I could walk down to the beach or the old town pretty easily, and there’s a decent Georgian restaurant just around the corner that the front desk recommended – they were right about that khachapuri. Parking can be a bit tricky if you’re driving (the street parking fills up fast), but they do have a small lot. What really impressed me was how they handle the little things – like, they actually have good WiFi throughout the building, the elevator works consistently, and room service came up hot and on time. These sound basic, but you’d be surprised how many places mess this stuff up. The 9.3 rating makes sense to me – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but it delivers on what it promises without any nasty surprises.

  What could be improved: If you enjoy waiting ⏳… and waiting… and waiting some more 🚪🚫 for an elevator that may or may not ever show up, then this is the perfect place for you! 🙃 When you finally give up, don’t worry — there’s always the “fun” option of using the emergency exit 🚨 like you’re escaping a movie scene.
  
  Check-in? Oh, that was a treat too 😒. The staff member was about as professional as a stand-up comedian having a bad night 🎭. I asked about the wrong location being pinned 📍 (because yes, it really is wrong), and he confidently told me it was correct 😂. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.
  
  So, if you’re looking for frustration, confusion, and a free workout on the stairs 💪 — congratulations, you’ve found the right spot! 👏

  Очень комфортно и чисто. В номере есть все необходимое: холодильник, микроволновка, стиралка. Прекрасный вид с балкона. Я жила на 20 этаже, было очень тихо, как будто рядом никто не живёт. С лифтом особых проблем не было, в течение 5 минут всегда можно было уехать.
  Заселение очень быстрое, после созвона с владельцем ждать пришлось не больше 10 минут.

  Beautiful view. Amazing hotel like experience in stand alone apartment with everything brand new. Location where everything you can imagine you need is few steps away. Host is very responsive and always willing to solve the smallest issue you have.
