You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to Dream Apartments Batumi on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street – honestly, the name sounds a bit generic, right? But walking into this five-star place completely changed my perspective on what apartment-style accommodations can actually be. The lobby has this modern, almost minimalist vibe that somehow feels warm rather than sterile, and the staff genuinely seemed happy to see me arrive (which, let’s be real, doesn’t always happen).

What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to create actual living spaces rather than just glorified hotel rooms. I mean, the kitchen in my apartment was fully equipped – not those sad little kitchenettes with a broken microwave you sometimes get. We’re talking full-size fridge, proper stovetop, even decent knives and cutting boards. The living area flows naturally into the bedroom space, and the windows are huge, giving you these sweeping views over Batumi that honestly made me want to just sit there with my coffee for way longer than I should have. The bathroom deserves a mention too – rainfall shower, heated floors, and those little touches like quality toiletries that show someone actually cares about the details.

Location-wise, you’re perfectly positioned without being stuck in the tourist chaos. Sherif Khimshiashvili Street is quiet enough that you can actually sleep with the windows open, but you’re still walking distance to the Boulevard and all the waterfront action. I discovered this amazing little Georgian restaurant just two blocks away that I never would have found if I’d stayed in one of those massive hotels near the port. The building itself is solid – no creaky elevators or paper-thin walls where you hear every conversation next door. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak summer season (July and August get pretty crazy in Batumi), but the reception team helped sort that out without making it feel like a huge inconvenience. Actually, that’s probably what sets this place apart most – it feels like you’re staying somewhere that understands both tourists and people who might be in town for work or longer stays. The 9.8 rating makes total sense once you’re there, because it’s not trying to be flashy or over-the-top, it’s just consistently well-done in all the ways that actually matter when you’re traveling.

  Very nice cosy apartment with a side view to the sea side and other scyscrapers. Very clean, comfy bed, AC, even slippers or an umbrella are there. No issues with elevators, everything worked well. Very close to the beach. Very good communication and check in details.

  The building is located excellent, very close to the beach. There is a large number of fruit shops and supermarkets around too. Unlike some other high buildings in Batumi, there is no problem with elevator waiting time. The room was very neat, and the view from the balcony was gorgeous.
  There is a small kitchen if you want to prepare or warm up foods. Shower room is always a problem for me size-wise (I am 140kg weight), but not here. It is rather spacious and comfortable for large people like me. Toilet sprinkler bidet was an unexpected bonus too.
  The private owner Mrs Irina is a charming intelligent lady, who explained all details forehead. In case of unexpected complications, there is an English-Russian speaking reception downstairs to help you.
  Even bathropes are offered, like in multi-star hotels.
  TV works well with local internet network, you can watch TV, Netflix or Youtube. Wifi is really good in the room, whereas a bit weak at the balcony.
  We enjoyed our stay and recommend Dream Appartment, it is a fantastic value for money if you want to stay close to the Batumi shoreline.

  Perfect location. The room was nice and cozy, and it had a great view . All needed facilities were included. The host was very helpful. If you want to be in the center of Batumi, near the beach, and enjoy everything the city has to offer, it is a great place to stay.

  I loved the stay! The place is exactly as expected, with all the needed amenities including the kitchen wares, flat iron, and laundry drying racks. The view is spectacular during the day and night. The location is nice as well, the beach and nice restaurants are within walking distance. The management is very helpful and understanding. I definitely suggest this place and would love to come back!

  acceptable price. Cozy, bright and great environment with beautiful views. Beautiful glass opening balconies that allow you to enjoy endless sea and mountain views regardless of the weather. Neat room and all the necessary things you will need for a comfortable rest. I recommend this apartment and will use it again in the future.
