  The room was really nice. I came to Batumi with my family and we stayed for 5 days. We could see the sea from our balcony. The room had everything that we needed. The location was also very convenient. There was a bus stop next to the hotel. The beach was just accross from the street. I recommend staying at this hotel.
  
  The only problem was the lift. Sometimes we had to wait for 5-10 minutes. But I guess it happend because of the season. As there are many tourists. But overall we waited just a couple of times. In general we didn't have any problems with this either.
