The location is honestly perfect if you want to be close to everything without being right in the chaos of the main boulevard. Sherif Khimshiashvili Street runs parallel to the coast, so you’re literally a two-minute walk from the beach, but far enough back that you don’t get the constant noise of late-night revelers stumbling around. I mean, Batumi can get pretty lively, especially during summer months when the Georgian locals and international tourists descend on the place. The hotel sits in this sweet spot where you can pop down to the seaside whenever you want, but actually get some sleep at night – which, trust me, is harder to find than you’d think in this city.

What really surprised me about this place was the attention to detail. The rooms genuinely have sea views (I had a corner room on the fifth floor), and you can actually see a decent stretch of the Black Sea, not just a sliver between buildings like some places try to pass off. The staff speaks solid English, which isn’t always a given in smaller Georgian hotels, and they seem to actually know the area well. When I asked about getting to the cable car station, the front desk guy didn’t just point vaguely – he drew me a little map showing the shortcut through the park that saves you about ten minutes of walking. The whole property feels well-maintained too, which honestly can be a gamble with some of the newer hotels that have popped up around Batumi in recent years. You know that slightly worn-around-the-edges feeling some places have? This isn’t that. The elevators work smoothly, the WiFi actually reaches the upper floors, and I never had any issues with hot water – small things that make a big difference when you’re trying to relax. The breakfast spread is pretty solid for a four-star, with a good mix of Georgian specialties and international options, though if you’re hoping for amazing coffee, you might want to venture out to one of the local cafés nearby.

  Best location. No problems with elevators at all in September. 20th floor and excellent view. Everything needed in the room. Few minutes walk to the beach, small grocery in front of the apartment. Bigger grocery 5-7min walk (willmart and carrefour). Batumi football stadion 7 min walk. Old batumi walking by beachfront 30-40min. Everything was amazing.

  The hotel is near to beach and perfect for swimming. Room is good and there is a nice balcony. They also kept our luggages for couple of hours after check out at safe room. The price are really good compared to hotel.
  
  What could be improved: Very crowded specially for the elevators. Take 15mins sometimes to go down to lobby. No gym and that’s not good for such a huge luxury hotel.

  What could be improved: Stove, It would only boil larger kettle. if you would put small kettle with little water, basically to prepare porridge for kid, stove would not heat it up

  Nice location. Nice view. All good with aparmernt itself.

  What could be improved: Apartment has washing machine. Would be nice to have just a couple of detergent tablets per stay. Not reasonable to buy full pack if you use machine just once.
  But total nightmare is elevators reaching your apartment! It is 55 story building with 3000 apartments. But 12 elevators. We stayed off season and to get up to apartment can take easily 20 min or even more . Can't imagine what happens in summer during main season. It took us 45 min back and forth to buy water in shop 100 m from entrance doors.
