What really sold me was the free private parking right on site — honestly, if you’ve ever tried finding a parking spot in Batumi during summer, you’ll know this is basically gold. The building sits in this residential area that feels authentically Georgian, not touristy at all, but you can still walk to the main attractions without breaking a sweat.

The Space Itself

The apartment feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a hotel, which I actually loved. The kitchen is fully equipped — I’m talking proper appliances, not those tiny hotel mini-fridges that barely fit a water bottle. The living area flows naturally into the dining space, and there’s this comfortable, lived-in quality that makes you want to kick off your shoes and stay awhile. The bedroom is spacious enough that you don’t feel cramped, and honestly, with that sea view, you’ll probably spend most of your time just staring out the window anyway.

Look, I’ve stayed in plenty of places that promise sea views, but this one actually delivers. From the 21st floor, you get this unobstructed panorama of the Black Sea that changes throughout the day — morning light makes the water look almost silver, and sunset turns everything golden. I found myself getting up early just to watch the city wake up below while sipping coffee by the window. The view extends beyond just the sea too; you can see Batumi’s mix of old Soviet architecture and new glass towers, plus the mountains in the distance on clear days.

  Nice and clean apartment which was in a good location. 2 minutes walk from the apartment were the beach and the promenade. There was also a non-stop grocery store in the apartment building.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment was located in an old and unrenovated apartment building. The staircase was broken and we were afraid to take the elevator. The whole thing spoiled our good impression of an otherwise nice and cozy apartment.

  samo mieszkanie (bo to mieszkanie w bloku) jest ładnie urządzone, bardzo duże i przestronne. Wyposażone odpowiednio we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy.
  
  What could be improved: samo mieszkanie bez zarzutu. Ale jest w bardzo zaniedbanym bloku, klatka schodowa ciemna, obskurna i nieprzyjemna. Widok z okien rzeczywiście na morze, ale też na bardzo ruchliwą ulicę i budowę.
  Pani właścicielka wręcz nas wyrzucała w dniu odjazdu o godz. 7 rano, a wymeldowanie jest do 11.00

  отличное расположение, хороший ремонт и отзывчивые хозяева. В квартире просторная гостиная с диваном, столом и стульями, ванная комната со стиральной машиной и душевой кабиной и три спальные комнаты, две из них с балконами
  
  What could be improved: дом ужасный. Потрепаный, тесный лифт, который пытается тебя сожрать, подъезды без окон и дверей, грязь, тусклое освещение. Рядом кругом новостройки и в принципе расположение удачное, но дом властям нужно было бы отреставрировать, хотя бы косметически. Понятно, что этот минус к апартаментам не относится, пишу для информации. Минусов почти нет, разве что окна в квартире тонкие, поэтому шум машин и мотоциклов слышно хорошо.

  Хорошее расположение море в 100 метрах от дома идти буквально меньше 5 минут. С окна видно полностью весь берег. Квартира очень красивая, очень хорошая шумоизоляция, абсолютно вся посуда и техника.
