I’ll be honest – when I first walked into ORBI CITY Apart hotel, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect from this towering complex on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street. The building itself is this massive, modern structure that sort of dominates the skyline, and you know what? It actually works in its favor. The location puts you right in the thick of things in Batumi without being directly on the chaotic beachfront strip, which means you get the energy without the constant noise of late-night revelers stumbling past your window.

What really impressed me about this five-star setup was how they’ve managed to make each apartment feel like an actual home rather than just another hotel room with a kitchenette thrown in. The spaces are genuinely spacious – I mean, you can actually spread out your stuff without playing Tetris with your luggage. The kitchens come properly equipped (not just a mini-fridge and a prayer), and honestly, after weeks of restaurant meals while traveling through Georgia, being able to whip up some khachapuri from ingredients I grabbed at the local market was pretty amazing. The views from the higher floors are spectacular too – on a clear day you can see straight across to the mountains, and the Black Sea stretches out endlessly. I stayed during shoulder season in late September, and the staff mentioned that summer gets absolutely packed, but even then the building’s size means it doesn’t feel cramped.

The neighborhood itself is what locals call the “new Batumi” – you’re about a fifteen-minute walk from the old town’s cobblestone charm, but surrounded by all these sleek developments and decent restaurants. There’s a Carrefour practically next door, which sounds mundane but trust me, when you need actual groceries at reasonable prices, it’s a godsend. The hotel’s amenities are solid without being flashy – the pool area gets busy during peak hours but there’s usually space if you’re flexible with timing. One thing that caught me off guard (in a good way) was how efficiently everything runs. Check-in was smooth, maintenance requests got handled quickly, and the cleaning staff actually pays attention to details. Sure, it’s not the most intimate boutique experience you’ll find in Batumi, but sometimes you just want things to work properly, you know? Plus, with that 8.6 rating from other guests, it’s clear I’m not the only one who found this place delivers on what it promises without any unpleasant surprises.

  Czystość, zgodność wyposażenia z ofertą i zdjęciami.Można spędzić tydzień lub dwa. Byliśmy tylko dwa dni,ale mimo że to jest olbrzymia budynek,e noc było cicho, windy sprawnie "chodziły". jesteśmy bardzo zadowolenie i szczerze polecamy

  What could be improved: Ужасное санитарно-гигиеническое состояния санузла. Плесень. Могу представить фото. Генеральной уборки не было. Постельное бельё и полотенца не были отстираны. Не имели белого цвета. Такое впечатление, что стирали в обычной бытовой машинке, а не при 95 градусах. Полотенец было всего 2 штуки.

  What could be improved: Dirty and broken towels, very poor cleaning of the room, they don't come to do daily cleaning even if they call themselves Apart Hotel, but what's worse is the management of the reception on the ground floor and the queues that form at the elevators. It's normal to wait at least 5 minutes if you arrive during peak hours you can wait even half an hour.

  What could be improved: Бронировали апартаменты на 2 дня с завтраками. Завтрак предоставили только 1 раз, что входило в завтрак – на фото! + 2 пакетика чая. В номер был чайник. Но не было столовых приборов, кружек и стаканов. Спрашивается чем есть и из чего пить чай? На два дня предоставили на двоих только два больших полотенца, для рук и ног отсутствовали ! Из средств гигиены – два кусочка мыла, два тюбика шампуня! При заезде полы были грязные. Вокруг идет стройка, шумно, дверь балкона открывать некомфортно, лучше пользовать кондиционером. Так же отсутствовала сушилка (купальники, полотенца не на чем сушить)

  The accommodation is new, located in a new under construction complex, located on the first line by the sea. Fresh bedding, clean but there is room for improvement.
  
  What could be improved: First of all, parking is a challenge, the complex is not completed, so you have to park on the street, finding a parking space can be a lottery. The buildings of the complex are very tall and although there are many elevators, it is a real adventure to manage to go up/down without waiting for many minutes. The reception is on a higher floor, it is in a room that is constantly crowded due to the large number of tourists. Because of this, the check-in process takes a long time. Although I had booked accommodation with breakfast(on Booking), at check-in I was informed that this option was not available and I received a discount that did not reflect the cost initially charged. It was more advantageous to have booked accommodation without breakfast from the start. When I got to the room I found that although the card was inserted in the device the electricity was not working. I went through the tedious procedure of getting to the reception and was explained that the fuses had to be turned off and on again. Something I had to do every time I came back to the room,and the process is not at your finger tips. Also in the room there are certain things that give the impression of improper maintenance such as: sink furniture, shower cabin decoration, the shower hose was coming out due to the water pressure, and many other minor defects. Overall a bad impression, poor service, the only thing that is worth it is the view.
