The location on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street is actually brilliant — I mean, recent guests rated it a perfect 10.0 for location, and after staying there, I totally get why. You’re right in the heart of Batumi but not drowning in tourist chaos. The boulevard and beach are an easy walk, and you’ve got cafes and shops within a few minutes in any direction. What really sold me though was the free parking — finding a spot in Batumi can be a nightmare, so having that sorted takes away a major headache.

The Room Experience

My room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with floor-to-ceiling windows that actually made a difference in how bright everything felt. The bed was properly comfortable (not just hotel-marketing comfortable), and the bathroom had good water pressure — those little things that can make or break a stay. The air conditioning worked quietly, which is crucial during Batumi’s humid summers. I appreciated that they didn’t go overboard with decorative elements but focused on making the space functional and pleasant.

Dining & Amenities

The on-site restaurant surprised me in the best way. I wasn’t expecting much, honestly, but the Georgian dishes were well-executed and the international options didn’t feel like afterthoughts. Breakfast had a good variety without being overwhelming — fresh khachapuri, decent coffee, and enough healthy options to balance out the heavier local fare. The staff seemed genuinely happy to recommend local spots too, which I always appreciate more than generic tourist suggestions.

With a 9.7 rating, this place clearly resonates with travelers, and I can see why couples especially love it here. There’s something about the atmosphere that feels intimate without being too quiet or boring.   Уютная чистая квартирка с видом на море и закаты). Есть все необходимое. Прекрасное место расположения, рядом с домом магазин, базар, кафе, рестораны, набережная и конечно пляж.

  Расположен идеально. Вид с балкона на море. В номере чисто, есть сменное постельное белье, полотенца. В номере есть необходимое для проживания. Большая кровать. Быстрое заселение. Арендодатель отзывчивый, помогал в решении наших вопросов. Рекомендую.

  спасибо большое за комфортное жилье!
  все было хорошо, уютно и чисто. Расположение удобное – рядом есть и магазины, и хорошие кафе и рестораны, живописный музыкальный фонтан и видно море из окна.
  договорилась с поздним выездом и заездом, а также с продлением проживания.

  Мы остались очень довольны поездкой.
  Ранее оставались в А блоке, который был очень забит людьми и шумом со стройки. В этот раз остановились в С блоке, который нам понравился намного больше. Спокойный и тихий блок.
  В квартире находиться все необходимое для комфортного отдыха, в том числе стиральная машина.
  Местоположение идеальное для туриста.

  2. Всё необходимое в аппартаментах – посуда, плита, стиральная машинка, принадлежности для уборки
  3. Вид на красивые закаты (напротив некрасивый старый дом, но довольно хорошо видно море и закаты).
  4. Современный Аппарт отель
  5. Расположение – рядом хороший ресторан, ночной клуб, до моря 3 мин пешком, примерно середина пешеходного бульвара (набережной), рядом Spar, willmart, можно купить фрукты, Шоти и т.д.
  6. Хорошая мебель.
  
  What could be improved: 1. Нет отопления и когда холодает приходится жить с включенным на обогрев кондиционером (но это типично для Батуми).
  2. Вид не идеален – напротив некрасивый дом (лучше было бы если высокие этажи -тут 7-й этаж) но в Орби хуже вид когда на стройку или на второй корпус Орби.
  3. Ощущения не достроенного дома – второй и первый этаж здания без отделки (кран ещё стоит и забор), и ничего ни кто не достраивает.
