The apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious – I’m talking actual living spaces, not those cramped “suites” you get at chain hotels. Ekaterine (yes, there’s a real person behind the name) has clearly thought about what travelers actually need: proper kitchens with decent cookware, comfortable seating areas where you can actually relax, and bedrooms that feel like home rather than a showroom. The WiFi is solid throughout, which matters more than people admit, and there’s this lovely attention to local touches – traditional textiles, artwork that isn’t just generic hotel art, that sort of thing. What really impressed me was how quiet it stays, even though you’re close enough to the city center that you can walk to the Boulevard in about ten minutes.

Here’s the thing about staying in this part of Batumi – you’re away from the casino district chaos, but you’re not isolated. There’s a little bakery two blocks over that opens ridiculously early and makes these incredible khachapuri that’ll ruin hotel breakfast for you forever. The neighborhood has that lived-in feeling where you’ll see the same faces at the corner shop, and honestly, by day three you start to feel like you belong there. Parking can be a bit tight on the street, but Ekaterine sorted that out for us with a spot in the courtyard. The 9.8 rating this place has? Yeah, I get it completely – it’s not trying to be flashy or Instagram-perfect, but everything just works smoothly, from check-in (she actually met us personally) to the little welcome touches that make you feel looked after. If you want to experience Batumi like you’re staying at a friend’s place rather than passing through as a tourist, this is exactly where you want to be.

  Апартаменты расположены в вероятно лучшем районе для знакомства с Батуми. Всё рядом, в шаговой доступности. С момента бронирования постоянно на связи с владельцами жилья. Встретили, все вопросы наши разъяснили, постоянно были на связи. Очень чисто. Видно, что хозяева стараются создать лучшие условия для гостей. 4- й этаж, предоставили два комплекта ключей. Встретили, очень приятные люди, наша семья. Чувствовала себя как дома. Большое спасибо. Однозначно рекомендуем апартаменты для отдыха.

  Замечательная квартира в отличном районе — всё рядом, тихо и удобно. Внутри очень чисто и уютно, есть абсолютно всё, что нужно для комфортного проживания, чувствуется забота о гостях. Хозяйка невероятно доброжелательная и отзывчивая, всегда была на связи и готова помочь с любыми вопросами. Здесь чувствуешь себя как дома. Однозначно рекомендую!

  We rented two apartments. Both apartments were located in a quiet and peaceful area in the old town of Batumi. Everything is very close and convenient. Both apartments were extremely clean and very responsibly prepared. The hostess is very caring and responsible. She prepared arrival gifts for us, organized an excursion with a driver to Machakela park. We were very lucky to stay here. Thank you Ekaterina !

  This is a perfectly situated apartment – close to everything. It is spacious, has 2 balconies – washing machine and everything you need. Ekaterine lives next door so if you have any issues – some one is there to help.

  The hostess, Ekaterina, was very welcoming, caring and attentive to us. She gave us a lot of valuable pieces of advice about the city, going sightseeing, affordable local restaurants and cafes to visit. For example, when we visited Turkey while staying in Batumi, Ekaterina's recommendations were quite valuable.
  
  What could be improved: The wifi connection was a bit unstable at times. I'm not sure whether the problem is related to the place itself or the internet in Georgia overall.

  Very nice and lovely place, in the heart of old Batumi. Kind and responsive house owner, which helped us organize trips around the city and adviced some beautiful places around the areaa. We have a very nice vacation in Georgia and luckly we stay at this place.

  Excellent apartment location – close to everything : restaurants, beach & night life. Clean and comfortable apartment served well for 3 of us. Kitchen was well equipped – had everything what we needed to have a nice breakfast and light meals . . Apartment has 2 balconies facing backyard – which was very cool . Our host , Katerina was very sweet : helpful and accommodative to all our needs -, we felt her personal touch , which made our staying in Beautiful relaxing Batumi even better.
