I stumbled across Eleven Way Host on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street during my last trip to Batumi, and honestly, it turned out to be one of those pleasant surprises you don’t see coming. This three-star spot doesn’t try to be something it’s not – it’s just a solid, well-run place that gets the basics right and then some. The location is actually pretty clever; you’re tucked away on a quieter residential street but still close enough to hear the distant hum of the city center without dealing with the tourist crowds stumbling past your window at 2 AM.

What struck me first was how the staff genuinely seemed to care about getting things right. Check-in was smooth – no awkward hovering while they figured out their system – and they actually knew useful stuff about the neighborhood. You know what I mean, like where to grab decent khachapuri that isn’t tourist-priced, or which marshrutka routes make sense if you want to explore beyond the main strip. The rooms themselves are clean and thoughtfully set up, nothing fancy but everything works properly. The Wi-Fi actually delivers on its promises, which honestly puts it ahead of some pricier places I’ve stayed. I mean, the decor isn’t going to win any design awards, but there’s something refreshing about a place that focuses on comfort over Instagram appeal.

The real charm comes from those little details that show someone’s paying attention. Fresh towels that smell like they were actually dried properly, not just thrown in a pile somewhere. A breakfast setup that changes slightly day to day – nothing elaborate, but you’re not eating the exact same sad pastry every morning. The neighborhood itself grows on you too; there are a few local cafes within walking distance where you’ll see more Georgian faces than tourist ones, and the evening light hits the building across the street in this unexpectedly nice way. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving, but that’s pretty much par for the course in this part of town. Overall, it’s the kind of place that delivers exactly what you’re hoping for without any unpleasant surprises – and in my experience, that’s actually rarer than it should be.

  Понравилось расположение, близость к морю, потрясающий вид на море с 41 этажа!
  В номере есть все необходимое, в тч утюг, чайник, стиральная машинка, всё соответствует описанию.
  Приехали поздно ночью, оплатили на следующее утро, удобно расположен офис в том же здании.
  Особенно удобно бесконтактное заселение!

  The apartment was clean, cozy and comfortable! Check in was easy as the keycard was to be found in a lockbox next to the door to the apartment. We stayed on the 10th floor with a nice view of the ocean and surrounding skyscrapers. 🙂
  
  The bed was big and comfy. The aircon worked well. There was a TV and a washing machine which we didn't use. Also, there was a small kitchenette with a fridge, a little stove, and a kettle. Breakfast was delivered between 9 and 10am which was a lovely bonus.
  
  Additionally, the staff were really nice and accommodating. Communication was smooth via WhatsApp and all my questions were answered. They were flexible with the payment. We checked in late and were allowed to pay the next morning. Both cash or card payment is possible. We also added an extra night and were allowed to stay in the same apartment which was very convenient.
  
  All in all, everything was great! Highly recommend!!

  Большой просторный номер , с балконом , есть кухонный уголок, холодильник. Рядом пляж 400 м, большой торговый центр и много маленьких магазинов и мест питания . Брали завтрак для любителей изысков не подойдет меня как человека с правильным питанием устроил.
  
  What could be improved: За 10 дней уборка была один раз. Очень большое здание и всего 6 лифтов иногда ожидание лифта 15 мин.

  The location was good close to the beach, restaurants and cafes
  
  What could be improved: The room service was below average after the first day we asked to change the bed linings and sheets and that the only time they did it even when we asked again they refused.
  We stayed 5 days and we asked to change the towels, they only changed them 2 times and left them on the door outside! saying it’s not possible to do it everyday.
  The toilet paper SO low quality!
  The trash never was changed even that we asked them to.
