What I really appreciated was how the place feels lived-in rather than sterile – there are local touches everywhere, from the Georgian textiles in the rooms to the way the staff (who actually seem to enjoy their jobs) will sit down and draw you a proper map of their favorite local spots. The rooms are spacious enough that you’re not tripping over your suitcase, and the air conditioning actually works, which trust me, matters during Batumi’s humid summers. Parking isn’t a nightmare like it is closer to the old town, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no endless paperwork or upselling attempts. Sure, it’s not perfect – the WiFi can be spotty on the lower floors, and if you’re expecting room service at 2 AM, you might be disappointed. But for what it is – a genuine retreat where you can actually relax while still being connected to one of Georgia’s most vibrant cities – it hits the mark.   What could be improved: Unfortunately this beautiful property has been mismanaged by incredibly poor customer service. The managers are well intentioned and you could tell they are doing their best to accommodate but they are not prepared at all to receive international guests. 1) They mixed up my room booking, and gave me the wrong room so I spent the first 20 minutes of my arrival figuring out the room with them 2) No one at the property spoke any English and we were passed between several people trying to figure out what went wrong, so I was talking to random people on the phone, and they were sending me random WhatsApp numbers to call. They made me figure everything out on my own. 3) There were no blankets in the room on the bed. I used my jacket to cover myself at night. When I asked them at night (11pm) to bring the blankets because that’s when I noticed there were no blankets they replied that “no one was available at the villa to provide blankets”, 4) We were awaken by construction and drilling upstairs at 8AM. No prior notice, no apologies, just loud drilling and construction noises from morning. 5) The booking was secured by credit card, and yet they told me they cannot receive money on credit card. Booking confirms and backs it up by credit card but it doesn’t go through. So they harassed me afterward for payment and asked me to figure out how to pay them. We didn’t bring that kind of cash to pay them, and it’s not our responsibility to figure out why they can’t get the money from booking. Overall this company is absolutely unprepared to receive guests at every level.

  Прекрасное место для отдыха, интерьер продуман до мелочей, красивый просторный номер, тишина и красота кругом , выше этой точки только фуникулер (пешком две минуты). Авто поставили рядом со зданием отеля, удобно. Ужинать спустились на фуникулере в город. Пожалуй, проживание в этом отеле это самое яркое впечатление от Батуми)) очень приятный и отзывчивый мужчина нас принимал, к сожалению имени не знаю.

  Слов недостаточно, чтобы описать этот беспрецедентный отель в Батуми.
  Расположение, 5 минут от канатной дороги, вид, который охватывает весь Батуми, море, город, горы, это чудесное зрелище в одном отеле.Бассейн с теплой водой и прекрасным панорамным видом.Во всех номерах свой бассейн.Все номера отличаются друг от друга, но комфорт потрясающий.
