The rooms are clean in that satisfying way where you can tell they’re not just surface-cleaned but actually maintained, and the beds are surprisingly comfortable for a place in this price range. What really won me over was the breakfast setup – nothing fancy, but they do this local cheese and khachapuri thing that beats any hotel buffet I’ve had in the area.

Here’s the thing about the location that most people don’t realize until they’re there: Saakadze Street is perfectly positioned. You’re close enough to hear the energy of the main tourist areas, but far enough away that you can actually sleep at night without the constant hum of late-night revelers.   Очень дружелюбный и гостеприимный хозяин. Познакомились со всей семьей. Пес Баско – член семьи)) Он занял отдельное место в сердечке.
  Самые гостеприимные хозяева из всей нашей поездки по Грузии. Передали гостинцы. Вкуснее ткемали которым нас угостили, не нашли по всей стране.
  
  What could be improved: Душ на улице, но рядом с комнатами. Так как мы попади в дождливую погоду, было прохладно мыться. Думаю в обычную погоду это не проблема.

  Поездка выдалась отличной, доброжелательный и очень приветливый хозяин, при заселении подарил арбуз и помогал при любом обращении. Сдается только второй этаж домика, но это ничуть не мешает, прекрасная веранда, на которой можно собираться всей компанией. Все чисто, удобно. Хозяину еще раз отдельное спасибо, познакомил нас с грузинским гостеприимством!!

  Нам все понравилось. Хорошие , гостеприимные хозяева, по заезду угостили нас домашней голубикой. Места много, можно большой компанией отдыхать. Кухня маловата, но в Грузии можно позволить себе кушать в кафе. Большой, красивый и добрый пёс Баско нам тоже очень понравился. Неплохо было бы обновить апартаменты, вся мебель уже уставшая, но нам это не помешало провести отлично время в Батуми

  Очень гостепреимные и отзывчивые хозяева. Дом находится в 20 минутах от моря, тихий район, магазин рядом. Отличная терасса для приятных бесед и вечернего отдыха.

  Мы были тут большей компанией из 8 друзей. Очень уютное место, большое спасибо хозяевам за тёплый приём, за оказанную помощь в подробности города и тд. Номера и кровати, да и в целом апартаменты очень чистые и уютные. Отдельно хотелось бы сказать, что понравился пёс хозяев, по имени "Баско" (Мы просто влюбились в него)
