The moment you step inside, there’s this clean, modern vibe that feels more like a high-end apartment building than a typical hotel, which I mean, makes sense given the concept. The lobby has these floor-to-ceiling windows that flood everything with natural light, and the staff actually remembers your name after the first day, which is rare these days.

What really sets this place apart is how they’ve nailed the apartment-hotel balance – you get proper kitchenettes with full-size fridges and decent cookware (I actually made breakfast a few mornings), but you also get daily housekeeping and room service when you can’t be bothered. The apartments themselves are spacious by Batumi standards, with these huge balconies that catch the sea breeze perfectly. I stayed on the sixth floor and could see glimpses of the Black Sea between the buildings – not a full sea view, but honestly, for the location, it was pretty decent. The beds are properly comfortable too, none of that rock-hard mattress nonsense you sometimes get in Georgian hotels.

Location-wise, you’re about a ten-minute walk to the main boulevard and beach area, which sounds far but it’s actually perfect because you avoid all the tourist chaos while still being close enough to everything. There’s a decent Georgian bakery just two blocks down that locals use – I’d grab khachapuri there most mornings before the hotel breakfast crowd got going. The neighborhood feels residential and safe, even late at night when you’re walking back from dinner in the old town. Parking can be a bit tricky during summer months (the street gets packed), but the hotel has some arrangement with a nearby lot that worked out fine for me. One small thing – the air conditioning units are a bit loud if you’re sensitive to noise, but honestly, with Batumi’s humid summers, you’ll want that AC running anyway.
