I mean, when you’re staying in Batumi, you usually have to choose between being in the thick of things near the Boulevard or finding some quiet – but this five-star place actually gives you both.

The apartments themselves are honestly impressive – and I’m usually pretty skeptical about places that throw around five stars. But the attention to detail here is real. The kitchens are properly equipped (not just a mini-fridge and a prayer), and the living spaces feel like someone actually thought about how people live, not just sleep. What I really appreciated was the soundproofing – Batumi can get pretty lively, especially during summer when the Georgian families come down for vacation, but inside these apartments it’s surprisingly serene. The building itself has this clean, modern vibe without being sterile, if that makes sense.

Here’s what really sold me on the location though – you’re about a 10-minute walk to Piazza Batumi and the main tourist strip, but you’re positioned in this quieter residential pocket where you can actually experience a bit of local life. There’s a small market just around the corner where the vendors remember your face after a couple days, and honestly, that’s worth more than being right on the Boulevard where it’s all casinos and tourist restaurants. The 8.7 rating makes total sense when you consider that you’re getting apartment-style space and privacy with proper hotel service – they actually answer the phone when you need something, which isn’t always a given with vacation rentals in Georgia. Plus, parking isn’t the nightmare it can be elsewhere in the city center. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was planning a longer visit or traveling with family who needs more space than your typical hotel room.

Hotel in Batumi booking should be done early, especially during summer season when the city hosts internationally celebrated music festivals and beach events at modern venues.

  What could be improved: There was a technical problem at arrival, but it was quickly solved by the receptionist. What we would have liked in the apartment were minor, but still important details that could be solved easily, e. g. more than one roll of toilet paper for five nights, dishwasher liquid and sponge. Unfortunately we broke a plain, white coffe cup, which costed us 35 laris at check-out…. a bit disappointing. However, even with all these, we consider this hotel to have a great cost/value ratio and were happy to stay in such a nice place in Batumi, especially taking into consideration all the possible risks with the other hotels. (We had read plenty of reviews before booking…).
