I appreciated the little touches, like decent blackout options for the windows because those summer Batumi sunrises come early and bright. The neighborhood gets pleasantly quiet at night, though you’ll still catch some street sounds – nothing disruptive, just the gentle hum of a city that doesn’t completely shut down. Parking was easier than I expected for this area, which is always a relief when you’re hauling luggage around.

What really won me over was the practical side of staying here. You’re maybe a ten-minute walk to the beach and even closer to some of those family-run Georgian restaurants that don’t make it into guidebooks but serve incredible khachapuri. The building itself feels secure and well-maintained – not always a given with some of Batumi’s accommodations. Check-in was straightforward, no drama there. And look, for a three-star place, it punches above its weight. The views alone justify the stay, but it’s the combination of location, cleanliness, and that sense of space (even in a studio) that makes it work. If you’re planning a Batumi trip and want something that feels more like a temporary home than a hotel room, this place actually delivers on what it promises.
