I mean, the location is actually incredible. You’re positioned in this sweet spot where you can walk to the Boulevard and the beach in just a few minutes, but you’re not dealing with all the chaos of the main tourist strips. The building itself is modern and well-maintained — block D, apartment 1005 to be exact — and there’s parking right on site, which honestly saved me so much hassle. Anyone who’s tried to find parking in central Batumi during summer will appreciate this more than you’d think.

The Space Itself

The room setup works really well, especially if you’re traveling as a couple (which seems to be the sweet spot for this place — couples absolutely rave about it). Everything feels thoughtfully arranged rather than just thrown together like some apartment rentals. The views from the windows give you a nice glimpse of the city, and there’s something satisfying about having your own space rather than being in a traditional hotel corridor. The kitchen area is compact but functional — perfect for making morning coffee or storing those Georgian wines you’ll inevitably buy too many of.

You’re close enough to walk to the cable car, the old town, and all those beachfront restaurant spots, but far enough from the late-night party areas that you’ll actually get some sleep. The building feels secure and quiet, which matters when you’re staying in an apartment rather than a hotel with 24-hour front desk service. I found the whole experience surprisingly smooth — no weird key pickup situations or confusing entry procedures.

  Отличная квартира. Чистая комфортная. Всё необходимое есть. Отдыхали с 3 детьми. Расположение великолепное. Всё в шаговой доступности. Море можно сказать прям со двора. Напротив макдонаььдс и куча других ресторанов на любой вкус.

  Очень уютная, чистая квартира. Все в описании соответствует действительности. Хозяйка очень приятная! Все рассказала, подсказала много интересных мест, всегда на связи. Расположение идеальное, прямо на берегу моря, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Если в следующем году соберемся в Батуми, остановимся только здесь!

  Вместе с семьей провели прекрасный месяц в Батуми, остановившись в этой квартире.
  Хороший новый ремонт, достаточно места для семьи из 4 человек, есть все необходимое для комфортного домашнего пребывания: газовая плита, большой холодильник, микроволновка, сплит система и смарт телевизор. Отдельно хочется отметить расположение жк, он находится на первой береговой линии, и путь до пляжа занимает буквально одну минуту. Дом не стоит обособленно, а располагается на длинной современной набережной, которая по сути является визитной карточкой Батуми. До старого города путь составляет не больше 15 минут прогулочного шага. Кроме того в самом доме на первом этаже находится несколько продуктовых
  магазинов, один из которых сетевой супермаркет также несколько кофеен и ресторанов. Как итог, могу сказать, что эта квартира-отличный вариант для проживания.
  Ну и конечно не могу не отметить хозяйку квартиры, которая гостеприимно нас встретила и разместила и в течении всего отдыха подсказала большое количество мест в Батуми и в Грузии в целом куда можно съездить.
