I spent quite a bit of time exploring the immediate area, and honestly, this neighborhood is where Batumi gets interesting. There’s this little bakery about two blocks down that opens ridiculously early and makes these Georgian pastries that’ll ruin your diet plans – locals line up there every morning, which is always a good sign. The old mosque is practically around the corner, and the way the call to prayer echoes through these narrow streets at sunset is something you just don’t get in the newer parts of the city.   Great apartment and great location, The owner was nice and polite and gave me to do an early check-in. No charge, fixed an issue I had very quickly and efficiently. I would totally recommend this place because it's cost effective close to good hotels for casinos.

  Best place to stay in Batumi, cozy room, perfect location, nice hosts, everything was great. I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Batumi and I’m pretty sure that staying in similar hotels and apartments is much more expensive usually, this is the best price for such service.

  Понравилось, что квартира угловая (два окна) и всегда светло там(даже в дожди )

  Есть все необходимое для приготовления еды из посуды , но готовить неудобно (мало пространства). Только кашу на утро сварить и сделать чай)
  Но нет базовых продуктов для приготовления, таких как соль, масло (сахара, кажется, тоже не было. Было несколько пакетиков чая и пару капсул для кофе).
  Фен в номере есть , тапочки одноразовые тоже) также было мыло, гель для душа и шампунь, что очень важно
  
  What could be improved: В душе подтекает вода (после принятия душа половина ванной комнаты в воде, долго все сохнет после).
  Из особенностей: лейки душевой нет, только тропический душ

  Новый апартаменты в центре Батуми. Расположены рядом со всеми достопримечательностями на тихой улице. Есть место для парковки.
  Приятный комплемент – бутылочка грузинского вина.
  Советую это место.
