What I really liked was how the staff seemed to know the area – they pointed me toward this little bakery about two blocks down that I never would’ve found otherwise. The check-in was straightforward, no drama, and they were genuinely helpful about things like where to catch the bus to the Old Town or which beach spots aren’t completely packed with tourists. The apartment setup means you can grab groceries and not feel obligated to eat out every meal, which honestly saved me quite a bit of money. The kitchenette‘s basic but functional – I managed to make decent breakfast and simple dinners without any issues. I will say the Wi-Fi could be stronger in some rooms, and the elevator’s a bit temperamental, but these feel like minor quirks rather than deal-breakers. For what you’re paying, especially considering that sea view and the apartment-style space, it’s a solid choice if you want to experience Batumi more like a local than a typical hotel guest.

  First of all this hotel did not respect booking.com nor guest, moreover there is no sigh board, its fake name.
  In my case I did booking from tbilisi and when I arrive there in batumi they said that reception is closed w.t* is this.

  What could be improved: This place, along with several others in the same building/area, appears to be some sort of scam. I booked it and tried contacting the host as no check-in instructions were provided, but received no response and was unable to stay at the property. I ended up stranded in Batumi in the middle of the night, and it was extremely difficult to find an alternative. Unfortunately, assistance from Booking.com was not very helpful either.
