Luxery ApartHotel With Sea View Overview
You know what struck me first about Luxery ApartHotel With Sea View? The name’s a bit quirky with that spelling, but honestly, it sets the right expectation – this isn’t trying to be some stuffy corporate hotel. It’s perched on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street, which is actually one of those nice residential roads that feels authentically Georgian rather than touristy. When I walked up to the building, I could already catch glimpses of the Black Sea between the neighboring structures, and that view – well, it’s exactly what you’re hoping for when you book a place like this.
The three-star rating feels about right, actually. I mean, you’re not getting marble lobbies or doormen in white gloves, but what you do get is space – proper apartment-style rooms with kitchenettes that actually work. The sea view from my room was legit, not one of those “if you crane your neck and squint” situations. I spent way too much time on that little balcony with my morning coffee, watching the Batumi waterfront come alive. The neighborhood’s pretty quiet in the mornings, which I appreciated after some long days exploring the city. You’ll hear the occasional car on Khimshiashvili Street, but nothing that kept me awake.
What I really liked was how the staff seemed to know the area – they pointed me toward this little bakery about two blocks down that I never would’ve found otherwise. The check-in was straightforward, no drama, and they were genuinely helpful about things like where to catch the bus to the Old Town or which beach spots aren’t completely packed with tourists. The apartment setup means you can grab groceries and not feel obligated to eat out every meal, which honestly saved me quite a bit of money. The kitchenette‘s basic but functional – I managed to make decent breakfast and simple dinners without any issues. I will say the Wi-Fi could be stronger in some rooms, and the elevator’s a bit temperamental, but these feel like minor quirks rather than deal-breakers. For what you’re paying, especially considering that sea view and the apartment-style space, it’s a solid choice if you want to experience Batumi more like a local than a typical hotel guest.
Hotels in Batumi offer visitors the opportunity to stay in the heart of this coastal gem, with easy access to historic districts, vibrant nightlife, and renowned Black Sea beaches.

What could be improved: Mentioned aboveBeware – possible scam – Wojciech from United Kingdom – August 24, 2025 (1/10)
Nothing.
What could be improved: This place, along with several others in the same building/area, appears to be some sort of scam. I booked it and tried contacting the host as no check-in instructions were provided, but received no response and was unable to stay at the property. I ended up stranded in Batumi in the middle of the night, and it was extremely difficult to find an alternative. Unfortunately, assistance from Booking.com was not very helpful either.اقامة جميلة تستحق العودة – Lola from Saudi Arabia – August 5, 2025 (10/10)
