I mean, I’ve stayed in plenty of spots that called themselves “luxury” and felt more like glorified hostels, but this four-star gem on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street genuinely delivers on the promise.

The location is pretty brilliant if you know Batumi at all. You’re basically tucked into this quieter residential pocket that feels authentically Georgian – none of that touristy casino strip energy – but you can still walk to the main attractions without breaking a sweat. The building itself has this understated elegance that I really appreciated. No flashy lobby trying too hard to impress, just clean lines and thoughtful details that make you feel like you’re staying somewhere special without the pretension. The apartments (and they really are proper apartments, not just hotel rooms with a kitchenette thrown in) have these gorgeous high ceilings and windows that let in amazing natural light – something you don’t always get in newer developments around here.

What really won me over though was how well everything works. I’m talking about the little stuff that can make or break a stay: the shower pressure is excellent, the air conditioning actually keeps things cool during those humid summer months, and the kitchen is properly equipped if you want to grab some fresh produce from the local markets and cook something up. The internet is solid too, which matters if you’re trying to get any work done or just want to video call home without pixelated chaos. Parking was surprisingly stress-free – there’s dedicated space, which anyone who’s driven around Batumi’s busier areas will tell you is worth its weight in gold. The whole building stays pretty quiet even though you’re not isolated from the city, and I never had any issues with noise from other guests or street traffic. Check-in was smooth and the staff actually seemed to care about making sure I had everything I needed, not just going through the motions. Sure, it’s not the cheapest option in town, but when you factor in the space, the amenities that actually work, and that perfect balance of being close to everything while still feeling like a peaceful retreat, it’s honestly excellent value for what you get.

  Есть все необходимое в апартаментах. Хозяин готов помочь с любым вопросом и пожеланием, очень вежлив. Мы проживали 8 дней и у нас была уборка и замена постельного белья и полотенец. Хозяин предоставил детскую кроватку. Прекрасное расположение. До пляжа буквально рукой подать. Хороший вид из окна на море.
  
  What could be improved: Единственное, что было не совсем комфортно это диван. Спать на нем было не комфортно.

  Отличный апартамент, расположен в очень удобном месте, все в пешеходной доступности. Чистая, уютная, современная квартира, с качественной отделкой. В небольшой кухне есть все необходимое. Хорошая звукоизоляция: соседей было не слышно, и даже громкая музыка с променада была практически не слышна. Отдельно хочется отметить доброжелательность и внимательное отношение хозяина. Мы остались очень довольны и с удовольствием остановимся здесь снова.
  
  What could be improved: Трудно найти парковку поблизости. Пробки в Батуми в туристический сезон – серьезная проблема. Порой пешком дойти до нужного места будет быстрее, чем на машине.

  Зручно, все доступно, чисто, співвідношення ціни якості. Привітний господар. Гарний район. Рекомендуємо однозначно!
  
  What could be improved: Єдиний маленький нюанс не працювало половина ліфтів ( 3 із 6) , іноді виникали незручності, але це ніяк не залежить від господаря апартаментів.
