I mean, the apartment-style setup is perfect if you’re planning to stay more than just a night or two. The kitchenette actually has everything you need (not just a mini-fridge and broken coffee maker like some places), and the living area gives you space to spread out instead of being cramped around a tiny hotel bed. The staff genuinely seems to care – they’ll help you figure out the local marshrutka routes or recommend where to grab khachapuri that doesn’t scream “tourist trap.” What really impressed me was how quiet it stays, even though you’re technically in the heart of the city. Those thick walls in these newer Batumi developments really do their job, and you won’t hear your neighbors dragging suitcases at 6 AM.

The location is actually pretty clever once you get oriented. Sure, you’re not right on the beach boulevard where all the flashy hotels compete for attention, but you’re close enough to walk to the waterfront in about ten minutes, and you’ll pass some great local spots along the way. Plus, being in a residential area means you get a real feel for how people actually live in Batumi, not just the polished tourist version. The grocery store downstairs is clutch for picking up Georgian wine and snacks, and there’s decent parking if you’re brave enough to drive in Batumi traffic. I stayed here during shoulder season and it felt like having a temporary apartment rather than just another hotel room – which, let’s be honest, gets old fast when you’re traveling for more than a few days. The 9.6 rating it’s got makes total sense once you experience how smoothly everything runs.

  The large room, at 28 floor, is like the photos, clean, with well equipped kitchen, so it fully satisfied my expectations. I enjoyed at every moment of the day the wonderful view from the balcony on the sea; the sunset is romantic and breathtaking. The comfortable bathroom is also provided with washing machine. The host, Gocha, is really a kind person waited me despite I had wrong the block; my suggestion is to contact him before going to avoid waiting times.
  I highly recommend staying in this loving place to enjoy your Batumi time!!!!

  Very good facilities, very well maintained apartment.
  
  What could be improved: Finding public parking space is a tricky thing. Also, as its overcrowded building, lots of tourists and visitors, so expect rush and crowded lifts. You may have to wait for 10-15 minutes at peak hours, just to use lift.
  But as it was only on 6th floor, going down via stairs was a quicker option.

  Property was very clean and spacious, located at the first beach line in Batumi. It was very comfortable that we had washing machine, kitchen and fridge. The view at night was stunning and the owner met us at the bus station and was very polite. We will definitely come back to Gocha’s apartment
