  Отличное место расположение. Рядом озеро и парк , пляж, множество магазинов и лучшая кондитерская. Очень радушная хозяйка Ирина. Кухня хорошо оснащена , был чай, сахар, масло.

  Не возникло проблем заселением, хотя приехали мы поздно.
  Удобное расположение: рядом много кафе, ресторанов и магазинов; до моря минут 10 пешком, все туристические локации в пешей доступности; 2 минуты ходьбы до красивого парка с озером + зоопарк + океанариум.
  Квартира угловая, расположена на 1ом этаже. Так что полнейшей тишины нет, но жителей мегаполисов это не должно волновать.
  Квартира просторная, светлая и уютная.
  На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда, большой холодильник, плита и микроволновка.
  На большом балконе спряталась стиральная машина. Белье сушится аутентичным способом и в этом есть своя прелесть.)
  В комнате есть кондиционер, телевизор (мы не включали), большая кровать с чистым бельем. Впечалили наволочки с вышивкой – как к бабушке в гости приехал. 🙂
  В маленькой комнате есть утюг и гладильная доска.
  Хозяйка квартиры Ирина – очень приятная женщина. Периодически интересовалась, все ли у нас хорошо. А если у нас были вопросы, то быстро на них отвечала.
  С удовольствием остановимся в этой квартире
  в следующий наш приезд в Батуми.

  Квартира находиться в центре города . близко парк, дельфинарий, набережная, много магазинов. В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания, на кухне холодильник, микроволновка, вся необходимая посуда. В комнате добротная деревяная мебель. Очень доброжелательная хозяйка, встретила нас на улице, так как мы приехали уже поздно вечером, общение с ней принесло нам огромное удовольствие. У нас остались только приятные впечатления. Если будем еще в Батуми, остановимся только там. Спасибо огромное Ирине,хозяйке квартиры.

  Доброжелательная и отзывчивая хозяйка, живущая в соседнем квартале. Замечательное расположение в Батуми в 20 метрах от середины центральной улицы Горгиладзе со всеми магазинами и автобусами. В квартале от парка 6 мая, за которым в одну сторону – дельфинарий, в другую – Старый бульвар и море, в третью – дореволюционный центр города. В квартире – аутентичная послевоенная мебель и (наполовину) посуда. Замечательно оборудованная современная кухня. Возможность выучить грузинский язык по почти полному собранию сочинений Ленина
  
  What could be improved: Проходные комнаты. Не совсем ровная, с прогибом, одноместная кровать в спальне. Поскольку это первый этаж, часто слышно прохожих. В санузле слив находится в полу (а не в специальной ванночке, как это принято в более западных регионах), поэтому подход к унитазу несколько часов после принятия душа остаётся мокрым.
