This three-star spot doesn’t pretend to be fancy, but what it lacks in marble lobbies it makes up for in those small touches that matter. The rooms are spotless – I’m talking about that kind of clean where you can tell someone’s grandmother had a hand in the standards. You’ll hear the neighbors sometimes (it’s Georgia, life happens loudly here), but there’s something oddly comforting about the sounds of real neighborhood life drifting through the windows. The beds are surprisingly good too – firm enough that you won’t wake up feeling like you wrestled with the mattress all night.

What really sets this place apart is how plugged in the family is to actual Batumi life. They’ll tell you which marshrutka to take to avoid the tourist crowds at the beach, or where to find the best khachapuri that isn’t marked up for visitors. Mrs. Gantiadi’s son speaks decent English and genuinely seems to enjoy helping guests figure out the city – not in that rehearsed concierge way, but like a local friend would. The breakfast isn’t elaborate, but it’s proper Georgian fare, and you can actually taste the difference when someone’s making food with care rather than just efficiency. I found myself lingering over morning coffee longer than usual, partly because the little courtyard area catches the morning light just right, and partly because there’s no rush to clear tables for the next wave of guests. With that 9.4 rating, you’d think I’m overselling it, but sometimes the best travel experiences come from places that just do the basics really, really well.

  The owners of the house are so friendly and welcoming, who are always willing to help. They really make you feel home.
  They would always give us a lift anywhere we needed to.
  The location is beautiful, really peaceful and calm. The view is gorgeous, make you sure you leave your room and eat on the terrace in order to enjoy the sunrise. Or to hang out with with your friends on the terrace, listen to music and dance (that’s what we did)
  The owner of the house even gave us his homemade wine before we left❤️

  Отличное место для отдыха в горах,милые и добрые хозяева.Чисто и уютно,своя кухня и стиральная машина в номере.

  Расскажу все по порядку. Жилье очень комфортное, есть все необходимое для проживания. В номере есть плита, холодильник, стиральная машина, комфортный туалет с душевой кабиной. Номера чистые и аккуратные, сделан современный ремонт! Очень комфортные балконы, где можно принимать пищу с которых открывается вид на горы и море. Хозяева очень гостеприимные. Лично мне помогли справиться с непростой ситуацией. Большое им спасибо. В общем жилье на высшую оценку, рекомендую всем. Особенно тем кто любит комфортный отдых, спокойную атмосферу, красивый вид.

  The hosts were really hospitable, kind, and helpful, they took us from the city center when we arrived and dropped us to the necessary spot when we had to leave, they served us their homemade wine, provided all the requested information and made sure we were fine and safe. The guest house is situated around 30 mins from the beach by foot, however, it did not affect our experience much and we enjoyed our stay. The taxi is quite cheap there which facilitates the situation. The guest house is located in a calm place on a hill where you can enjoy the nature in the silence with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. Additionally, the guest house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with various fruit trees and colorful flowers.
