But this four-star spot on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street turned out to be one of those pleasant surprises that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something special in Batumi. The building has this sleek, modern vibe that actually fits the interstellar theme without being cheesy about it, and you know what? The lobby genuinely feels like you’re stepping into some upscale space station lounge, complete with ambient lighting that shifts throughout the day.

What really got me was how thoughtfully everything’s designed – I mean, you can tell someone actually cared about the guest experience here. The rooms are spacious with these floor-to-ceiling windows that let in tons of natural light, and if you’re lucky enough to get one facing the right direction, you’ll catch glimpses of the Black Sea between the other buildings. The beds are legitimately comfortable (not just hotel-marketing comfortable), and the bathrooms have this rainfall shower situation that I ended up using way longer than necessary each morning. The staff speaks solid English, which honestly isn’t always a given in Georgian hotels, and they seem genuinely eager to help rather than just going through the motions.

Location-wise, you’re perfectly positioned to explore without being stuck in the touristy chaos – Sherif Khimshiashvili Street is quiet enough that you’ll actually sleep well, but you’re still just a short walk from Batumi Boulevard and all the seaside action. I found myself grabbing coffee at this little place around the corner most mornings before heading out, and the hotel folks were totally cool with me storing my beach gear in their lobby area when I didn’t want to drag it around all day. The neighborhood has that authentic Georgian feel where you’ll hear locals chatting on their balconies in the evenings, but it doesn’t feel residential in a way that makes you feel like you’re intruding. Parking can be a bit tricky if you’re driving (the street’s narrow), but there’s a small lot nearby that the hotel can direct you to. Honestly, with an 8.9 rating, I expected it to be good, but it exceeded that – it’s one of those places where the little details add up to something that feels genuinely welcoming rather than just professionally adequate.

  Hotel położony blisko plaży, pokoje czyste i zadbane. Do dyspozycji ręczniki, szlafroki, jednorazowe kapcie. Wyposażenie dobre, czajnik, pralka, suszarka, żelazko.

  It wasnt really cleat that this booking wasnt officially at the Orbi hotel
  But rather private through a third party that also lived at the hotel and bought couple rooms in there..
  – 52 floor, 70+rooms per floor – only couple i think 12 elevators
  – It took ages to take a lift
  – the hotel is new but already there is a mould in the bathroom
  – Doors are very loose, you can close it of course – but one push kick and the doors brake down.

  Сподобалась локація, що видно море з балкону. Досить гарна шумоізоляція. В цілому все гуд, проте є але.
  
  What could be improved: Ми лишались на п’ять ночей проте, не було ані миючого, ані додатково туалетного паперу, ані капсул для прання, не кажучі про пакети для сміття. Може я чогось не розумію, проте це ж логічно.

  Очень просторные апартаменты, удобная и большая кровать. В номере есть абсолютно все для комфортного проживания: стиральная машина, кухонные принадлежности (можно готовить завтраки), чайник, плита, холодильник, микроволновка. Очень удобное заселение, так как регистрация проходит в отдельном месте от всей толпы в ORBI, поэтому вам не придется ждать и долго стоять в очередях. Отличное расположение через дорогу от пляжа и ресторанов, до исторического центра 10 минут пешком, плюс рядом остановки автобусов и куча магазинов.
  Великолепные хозяева апартаментов, всегда помогут и все расскажут! В след раз обязательно только сюда!!!!

  Отличный номер, есть все необходимые предметы для проживания, прекрасный вид на море.
  Новое здание , с круглосуточной охраной и стойкой регистрации.
