  Отдыхали в аппартаментах с 24 по 30 сентября. Номер удобный, чистый, все предусмотрено для комфортного проживания. Кровать удобная, есть диванчик. Вид с балкона просто шикарный! Проблемы с лифтами нет никакой. Море в шаговой доступности.
  Отдельно хочется отметить собственника жилья Михаила. Он настолько внимателен к своим жильцам, все контролирует лично, начиная от встречи гостей, учитывает все пожелания туристов. Ежедневно интересуется качеством отдыха, если необходимо, помогает с парковкой, дает советы по организации отдыха, ответит на все вопросы отдыхающих. Михаил, огромная Вам благодарность, дальнейшего процветания бизнеса. Бутем в Батуми – обязательно воспользуемся Вашими услугами.

  Хозяин апартаментов очень гостеприимный воспитанный человек. Всегда на связи, порекомендует, посоветует.
  В квартире все необходимое есть. Холодильник, посуда, кофе, стиральная машина. Кондиционер в одной комнате. Два балкона. Есть сушилка для белья. Купили только стиральный порошок, а мыло и шампунь в наличии. Пляж через дорогу, магазины, кафе в пешей доступности. Прекрасный вид из окна.
  Если б была возможность, ещё б остались.

  It was extremely calm, close to the beach and spacious. There’s a lot of furniture and all necessary equipment and kitchen utensils. The bed was comfortable and the view overlooking the sea was fantastic! The host was easy to reach and efficient. I wish I could have stayed longer!

  If you're visiting Batumi, don’t think twice, this place is a gem. The room was comfortable and clean, with an open sea view and a balcony where you can have breakfast as the sun rises, simply beautiful. Everything I needed was thoughtfully provided, and the host was remarkably attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay from start to finish. Overall great location, great sea view, comfy. Highly recommended!

  Although there are few reviews, I took the room. Beautiful view, high floor, clean. Good location.
  For those who want to cook, there is a kitchen, dishes, a refrigerator. There is also a washing machine if anyone needs it.
  
  What could be improved: I would recommend replacing the sheet, it was all covered in pellets (it was clean).
