What really impressed me was the attention to cleanliness and the little details like good lighting for reading and enough outlets near the bed (you’d be surprised how many places get this wrong). The bathroom was modern and well-maintained, with water pressure that actually works — something you can’t always count on in this part of Georgia.

The staff here genuinely seem to care about making your stay comfortable, but they’re not hovering or overly formal about it. Ilia himself is often around and speaks decent English, which helps when you need local recommendations or have questions about getting around. The building is quiet — I never had issues with noise from other guests or the street. There’s reliable WiFi throughout, and the air conditioning actually keeps the room cool during those humid Batumi summers when the heat can be pretty intense.

  Les chambres sont de bonnes tailles mais un peu rudimentaires, ce qui est compensé par le confort de l'espace commun (jardin, salle à manger et cuisine). L'endroit est propre et l'hôtesse est très gentille et bienveillante. Merci pour ce séjour !

  Затишний будинок, чудовий інжир у саду, велика та зручна кухня з усім необхідним. 7-8 хвилин до чистого і малолюдного пляжу. Власники були дуже привітні, заселили раніше часу заїзду, дозволили залишити речі в день виїзду та допомогали, коли у нас були якісь питання. Обов'язково повернемося наступного разу, коли будемо в Батумі! Дякуємо!
