Honestly, when I first walked into Holiday Point Orbi City, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a three-star place tucked away on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street. But you know what? This little gem actually surprised me in the best way possible. The lobby has this clean, modern vibe that immediately puts you at ease – nothing fancy, but everything feels fresh and well-maintained. The staff genuinely seemed happy to see guests, which is refreshing after dealing with some of the more touristy spots in Batumi.

What really won me over was the practical stuff that makes or breaks a stay. The rooms are compact but cleverly designed – I mean, they’ve actually thought about where you’d want to plug in your phone and hang your clothes. The air conditioning works properly (crucial during those humid Georgian summers), and the Wi-Fi is solid throughout the building. I stayed in one of the corner units and could catch glimpses of the city sprawling out toward the coastline, though don’t expect sweeping sea views at this price point. The bed was surprisingly comfortable – firm enough that you don’t sink into oblivion but soft enough for a proper night’s sleep after walking around Batumi all day.

Location-wise, you’re perfectly positioned without being in the chaos of the main tourist drag. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach and maybe 15 to the old town, which honestly feels just right – close enough that you’re not taking taxis everywhere, but far enough that you can actually get some peace when you want it. There’s a decent grocery store practically next door, and I noticed several local restaurants within a couple blocks that didn’t seem to cater exclusively to tourists. The neighborhood has that lived-in feel where actual Georgians go about their daily business, which I always prefer to those sterile hotel districts. Parking was straightforward too – they’ve got a small lot that never seemed completely full during my stay. The whole experience felt refreshingly honest for what you’re paying, and with an 8.3 rating from other travelers, I’d say they’re doing something right here.

  Location, balcony view and the broker, he was friendly after I got a bad experience with another one who works in the same orbi city, who canceled my booking once I arrived and left me in the street with no room. So the broker of holiday point was so helpful and friendly.

  Very well located. Basically a 7-min walk to the beach with loads of amenities around like the famous Batumi McDonalds and supermarkets and banks.
  
  What could be improved: The elevator system is a bit overcrowded sometimes as it is a huge tower with throusads of studios in it, so expect loads of people around for the elevators.
