I’ll be honest, when I first heard about Orbi Apart Hotel in front of Aquapark, I was a bit skeptical – I mean, how good could a place with such a straightforward name actually be? But after spending a few nights there on Kobaladze Street, I’ve got to say this four-star spot really surprised me in the best way possible.

The location is honestly pretty brilliant if you’re traveling with kids or just want easy access to water fun without dealing with crowded beaches. You literally step out the front door and you’re at the aquapark – no shuttle buses, no long walks in the heat. But here’s what I didn’t expect: even with being right next to a water park, it’s not as chaotic as you’d think. The rooms are well-insulated, so you’re not dealing with constant screaming and splashing sounds. Actually, the apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious – I had a one-bedroom unit with a proper kitchenette that came in handy for morning coffee and late-night snacks. The balcony view isn’t going to win any awards, but you can catch glimpses of the Black Sea if you crane your neck just right.

What really sold me on this place was how it strikes this nice balance between hotel convenience and apartment independence. The staff genuinely seems to care – they helped me figure out the best times to hit the aquapark (early morning or late afternoon, trust me on this) and even recommended this little khachapuri spot about ten minutes away that I never would have found otherwise. Batumi can get pretty overwhelming with all the casino lights and tourist traps, but staying here felt like having a quieter home base while still being close enough to walk to the Boulevard when you want that classic seaside energy. The Wi-Fi actually works well throughout the building, which isn’t always a given in this part of Georgia, and there’s decent parking if you’re doing the rental car thing. I mean, it’s not luxury by any stretch – the furniture’s a bit generic and the bathroom could use some updating – but for families or anyone wanting more space than a typical hotel room, it hits that sweet spot of comfort and practicality without breaking the bank.

  Завтрака нет.Расположение отличное.Вид с балкона шикарный.Море рядом 1я береговая линия.Обменники рядом.Магазин Магнит рядом.Кафе недалеко вкусно готовят хинкали .

  Близость к пляжу, чистота номера. Нет очереди на лифтах. Рядом много кафе, большой торговый центр, обменники с хорошими курсами, практически не уступающие обменникам возле канатки

  Отличное месторасположения, приветливая Лали, встречающая нас при заселении, чисто, уютно.

  Расположение отличное до пляжа 2 минуты. Номер чистый, просторный. Проживали в 5м.
  
  What could be improved: Из минусов платный лифт. Проживали на втором этаже и нас это сильно не касалось. Из двух лифтов работал всегда один и пешком быстрее 😁 но думаю на 20м этаже это будет поважнее ))) в апартаментах нет базовых вещей например: сахара, кофе, чая и даже туалетной бумаги на 5 человек на неделю, было всего 2 рулона. Шампуней, гелей для душа было всего пару маленьких тюбиков и их количество не соответствовало количеству заселяющихся человек.

  What could be improved: Немного был непонятен факт- почему персонал отеля катается на лифте по нашей карточке😅😅
  Денег не жалко, это не дорого, но мы проехали 5 часов на машине и хотелось просто свалиться на кровать, но пришлось провожать лолу до лифта и ждать пока он приедет, чтобы она провела нашей карточкой)
  Кстати, лифта 2 – считаю что мало для такого здания) приходиться ждать долго, так как он останавливается часто , чтобы собрать всех желающих на нем прокатиться)
