The building itself is solid, so you don’t get that thin-wall situation where you hear every conversation from neighboring units.   Остались очень довольны проживанием! Апартаменты чистые, уютные, с современным ремонтом и всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха. Был даже гигиенический душ, чего редко встретишь… 😁 Отличное расположение — близко к морю. Хозяева внимательные и отзывчивые. Рекомендую!

  Отличное расположение!
  Пляж через дорогу , вид на море и парк, супермаркет внизу, напротив тц с вещами и еще один супермаркет , а также платный бассейн !
  Рядом парк аттракционов и набережная.
  Сама квартира новая , после ремонта , отличный дом , лифты скоростные.
  Спасибо большое хозяину аппартаментов за отличное жилье и стоимость !
