The kitchen was properly stocked, not just some sad mini-fridge situation, and the bathroom had decent water pressure, which honestly can be hit or miss in Batumi.

What really sold me on this place was how the owner clearly gets what travelers actually need. There’s proper WiFi that doesn’t cut out every five minutes, blackout curtains that actually block the morning sun (crucial if you’re jet-lagged), and – this is going to sound small but it matters – good hangers in the closet, not those flimsy wire things that drive you crazy. The neighborhood has this lived-in feel where you’ll hear kids playing in the courtyard and smell someone’s grandmother cooking khachapuri, which beats sterile hotel vibes any day. I actually found myself grocery shopping at the little market down the street and cooking breakfast some mornings, which wasn’t the plan but felt right. The building’s got character too – it’s not Instagram-perfect, but it’s solid and well-maintained, and honestly, the price point makes it almost ridiculous not to book if you want more space than a cramped hotel room.

  Квартира находится близко к морю. Хозяева отзывчивые. Была проблема с сантехникой. Хозяин быстро приехал и отремонтировал.
  
  What could be improved: Не работал телевизор по причине того , что он не подключен ни к какому пакету . Это минус хозяину. Подключались через телефон к телевизору.
