I’ll be honest – when I first walked up to Rainbow Residence on Adlia Street, I wasn’t sure what to expect from the name. But you know what? This four-star place actually surprised me in the best way possible. The building itself has this clean, modern look that stands out nicely against some of the older Soviet-era structures in that part of Batumi. What really got me was how quiet it felt despite being right in the middle of everything – I mean, you’re literally a five-minute walk from the seaside boulevard, but somehow the street noise just doesn’t reach you here.

The rooms have this minimalist thing going on that I actually appreciated after staying in some of the more, let’s say, enthusiastically decorated places around the Black Sea coast. Everything feels fresh and well-maintained, which honestly can be hit or miss in this price range. The staff – and this might sound small but it matters – they actually seem to know what’s going on around town. When I asked about getting to the cable car without dealing with the crazy traffic near the port, the front desk guy gave me this specific route through the backstreets that saved me probably twenty minutes. That’s the kind of local knowledge you don’t get everywhere.

Here’s what I really liked: the location puts you close enough to the action without being in the thick of the summer tourist chaos. You can walk to Piazza and all those restaurants everyone talks about, but you’re not dealing with the noise from the casinos and clubs that keep going until dawn. The breakfast situation is pretty solid too – nothing fancy, but they do this Georgian cheese bread thing that’s addictive, and the coffee is actually decent (which, let me tell you, isn’t always a given). Parking can be a bit tricky during peak season, but there’s usually something within a block or two if you’re patient. Overall, it’s one of those places that just works – comfortable, well-located, and run by people who seem to care about getting the details right.

  The apartment was clean, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and the location was perfect—right near the beach and walking distance to shops and cafes.
  
  The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Even though my stay was short, I felt very comfortable and would definitely consider staying again for a longer visit.
